great video man, bought this today, building a train table for my son, so this was really helpful especially since I have the 1.5 batteries in my other tools. Great work............oh and I subscribed :0)
I’m only 5’2” and I weigh 95lbs soaking wet. Any tool that’s small yet powerful and easy to use is tops in my book! I don’t have a table saw, yet, so using a 10” circular saw that’s half my weight to rip and cross cut kinda frightens me. Thanks for the review- but put an Amazon link so I can buy it thru you! 👍🤘🌟
I own a bunch of m12 tools because of trade specific tools. I love the power and range. But the battery and charger design is soo shit and unsatisfying. Locking Tabs break, taking batteries in and out of the tool/charge is pathetic. The dewalt 12v/10.8v is the design they should have gone with
Aliexpress sells replacement plastic from the same factory that fell off the back of the truck for $1-3 lol. Agree about the tabs being a dog sometimes though.
@@Shrouded_reaper exactly. It’s not just that. It’s fucking retarded sticking the stupid batteries in the 12v charger and pulling them out. Way harder than it needs to be
I blew my 6amp 12v battery with my 12v hammer drill. So please make the investment towards 5amp high output batteries. The 12v series are great for their size allows you to carry more tools in your car. 12v allows you to work in small spaces as well. I have the new 7.25 circular and the size is big especially with the 12 amp 18v forge battery.
Nice saw but its pointless for 90% of right handed people because the blade is on the wrong side. Even worse that dust blow right in the face of the user. However its probably a good saw for left handed people.

I think you will love it! And good call on the Amazon link….putting that up now!
I have the previous model and have used it almost equally as much as my 7 1/4
Get ya some 5.0 Ah high output batteries. Home Depot has the "buy a two-pack of batteries, get a free tool" deal going on right now.
I have a porter cable 20v circular saw. It's alright, especially for $60 on ebay and it came with a battery.
Yes rafter hooks are standard on circular saws
I have previous model. Loud as hell but I love it. I will be replacing it the new version
2:12 covering the entire thing you're showing.
Good call...not by best camera work for sure!

I agree, squeezing those tabs after the tools are full of sawdust to try and get that battery out is impossible at times.

easier to see what you are cutting when on left side in my opinion
