My mom gave me a big speech first time she heard me swear ! And she was right ! She told me “ learn how to talk properly and then you can have some shots at trash talk ! Same with manners ! Be in control of your behaviour ,basically that what she thought me !
Absolutely ! And I choose when and where I “trash” talk ! Learned to respect others too, know basic curtesies towards other humans ! Freedom is a beautiful thing but to remain that way it relies on what we do with it .
Eating your dessert like that, licking off the plate or chewing with your mouth open ~ the dessert would go straight in the trash. You can do it right the next time you’re given a dessert.
Don't you want your kids to grow up feeling confident in social settings, business events and on dates? I will forever be grateful to my mother for teaching me these skills.
Tipping the waiter/waitress for a job well done is one thing. Tipping the matrois duix for ANYTHING is another. To whom are you paying extra? Your "assigned servant" aka: "waiter/waitress" should be tipped according to the attention they give you. Their "boss" is another matter entirely. Tip your waiter/waitress 10-15%. Leave their boss out of the equation. He/she has seated you, and that is all they have done. The rest of the work as gone to their "lessers". They haven't done anything above their paygrade. Pay those whom have served you well, treat them well. The piggy-backers can continue to rely upon their wages. If you do more with a positive attitude toward your guests, you should receive a small reward, even if it is not guaranteed. The title alone should not be worth a fiscal amount, but only the service provided. God bless.
Understand, but what about the employees working in the kitchen, cooking the food, doing dishes, doing cleaning, making drinks? Those don't deserve a tip? Just the ones that serve you deserve a tip? I think that's is wrong 🤷🏻♀️
Nobody tells me if or how much I have to tip! I'm happy to live in the Netherlands. Ask for a raise or find another job if you think you are underpaid 🤔🙄 Don't you agree that the goverment should change the minimum wages?
I refuse to tip at a tip jar on a counter, wait staff and delivery people I have zero issues with tipping and agree that they should be tipped. However, any establishment that decides to put a tip jar on a counter next to the register should stop expecting people who have to go in to order, pay and receive their items at the counter to pay a tip. What's next, tipping the drive-through personnel or the cook for cooking the food?
When my son worked a summer job at a friend’s family’s sandwich deli, the money in the tip jar went straight into the owner’s purse at the end of the day. Nothing was shared with the employees. They received a sandwich as their tip.
It's really interesting with the tip-thing, to me, as that just isn't a thing in my country. People here get paid properly, so their income isn't based on the customers. It takes a lot of pressure off both sides, I think, and being nice to eachother, customer or staff, should be automatic. Of course you can have situations where you can't be overly friendly, but being polite, being friendly and being rude are three different things, and the two first are equally fine 😊
make it makes sense! she can't stand his lack of etiquette, but, she sure conjured up the nerve to procreate w/him...not ONCE,but TWICE! riddle me this? tf?🤔
If you didn't see these behaviours before you got married, well in my opinion, you're screwed, get used to it. IT'S TOO LATE‼️ It's the way THEY were brought up, now YOU want to change that behavior, good luck‼️🌹♥️😎
I live around and with two brothers...im AFAB (im ftm trans however) so i act more like a dude then i do a lady, but even i have good table manners (they arent great manners..just good manners)
Billy Jean should have straightened up the issue of etiquette, long, long time ago, when she was dating her future husband. The way he behaves, at the dining table makes my tomach krinch, and makes me physically sick!
The conversation should be about how low the worker’s wages are.

I've said something similar like that.

You shouldn't tip for counter service, but anyone who serves or delivers to you should be tipped.
Even if I paid the delivery? I have always been asking myself this question in my mind. Why do we need to tip if we have already paid the delivery?
About the tip, this man is a wonderful husband, rich and generous. The wife should be happy about that.

I went to a hairdresser regularly and was about to leave a tip and he said, "You don't have to do that." So I didn't.

Counter service shouldn't be tipped. Tipping should be be reserved for table service or delivery.
@@SokMunkie No these people should get payed better! 🤔🙄

Be advised. I make $8 an hour.. delivering pizza.. my tips is around $2
Often servers get less than minimum wages because of the possibility of tips ! Government policy ! Not the waiters ,that is in Canada tho !
