I just had this with 2 crepes and other toppings and it was amazinggg- I used molasses and honey and that gave the best sweetness... It is kind of, if you want it to taste sweeter than normal. If you're fine with it being a little or probably very bitter (haven't tried yet) than it's probably ok. Maple syrup in this isn't as sweet as the maple syrup you know so it maybe won't be as good without it?
Tahini is made from seeds not nuts. Coconut is not actually a nut either its a single seed, fiberous drupe. Unlike a peanut which is a legume or other tree nut such as hazelnuts. Hazelnut spreads are generally not welcome in schools thanks to common allergies whereas being allergic to a seed is less common so usually allowed.
Tahini does not have nuts, it is made from sesame seeds, seeds are not nuts! Many are allergic to nuts, a hazelnut spread can take their life, that’s why not a hazelnut spread!
Sorry, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to make healthy chocolate spread. Of course, in the video, she said HEALTHIER which I understand, but the title of this video is misleading...
I don't understand "healthy recipe" videos. It's good for going on a diet but relax. They're only a kid, and as long as there getting exercise and vegetables/fruits they are fine for that stage of their life.
isayhao that can cause binge eating problems with weight or so in the future, dificulty eating healthy. i know cause my parents would let me eat what i wanted and not good
The reason for this is that some kids have nut allergies and getting used to eat too much sugar, is no good for any child, it makes them used to it and carry over into adulthood and can cause a lot of problems! You relax... ☺️
Read the back of Nutella and you’ll understand why- children need to eat healthy because it sets the foundation for their bodies (especially bone density and structure)... processed spreads not only contain a shitload of sugar but also have very low nutritional value... this spread (among other natural substitutions) has added nutritions. For example, tihini is very high in protein.

What does it mean for a substance to be "school friendly"? Whether it melts and makes a mess in a bag?
