Almond : 200g (1 cup) (Cashew/Hazelnut/Peanuts)
Cocoa Powder : 60g (2/3cup)
Sugar : 130g (2/3 cup)
Coconut oil : 2 Tbsp (can replace with Butter, Canola Oil, peanut oil, olive oil)
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence :1 tsp (optional)

Believe me or not. It turned out yummiest ❤ thanks a lot for it. I used Mishri instead of white sugar and rest all the same. Wow . Just a healthy spread which is far better than the preserved and flavoured one

Just made it and use peanut instead of almond.❤❤ this recipe is bomb🎉🎉. Most healthiest and yummy nutella. I didn't blend it not to smooth but leave some chunks which gives a crunchy texture bcoz I like it this way. All the other process is the same. Really after trying this I'm not gonna eat any store bought nutella.😊😊

I tried this with organic groundnut paste. Combined with raw cocoa powder the flavors are quite intense. But I'm hooked ! I'll definitely try again with hazelnut or almond next time. Thanks for this fantastic recipe.

Honestly I doubted that while watching the video. But since you said you tried, how does the almond powder turn buttery after grinding? Is it as easy as shown?
