- Today we are showcasing the Geekom XT12 Pro mini pc. This tiny powerhouse pack an 12th gen i9 with enough cooling to let it perform well. We will see how it performs in standard benchmarks as well as some use cases. We think this is an excellent option for anyone needing a small form factor unit for a CNC, laser engraver, or compact desktop replacement. We even discuss some limited content creator and gaming usage.

appreciate the teardown, no one else really opens them up
These mini PCs keep getting better and better!
Thorough review, thanks!
Thanks for the review been considering one for my cnc instead of draggin the laptop out each time
You beat me to it! looking to get one for my shop as well.
Had never heard of this little PC company, will look into getting one.
I love mine, use it for my small home business. Was nervous because I never heard about this brand but..no issues, fingers crossed.
Nice, they made it upgradeable.
Pretty solid!
Specs are pretty good for an office-like setting. Not completely sold on the replacing a laptop part.
good enough for the common user.
I prefer the nuc
Review the Brix plz.
Needs glass side panels and rgb, maybe a build in screen too.
Usbc should be on the front.
as long as you can play rimworld, you will be alright!
You need a drop test!
why no holes on top for air
I think it would perform better upside down did you try that?
what touchscreen would you use for it
make the stand for wall mount
Would you travel with it and leave an external gpu at home?
Does the cover light up rgb, if not it should.
Amd version?
can it be powered via USB C?
You could fit like 6 of those in that case.
I feel like I would probably leave it behind anywhere I went
Now if I could only fit my monitor in my pocket...
Bro what size is that monitor at 7:57?
Not even my MSI laptop has this many ports.
Stick with my NUC.
Why 12th gen? how old are these?
They should make it black all these look the same.
i guess it would be easier to take away from the kids lol!
why does the cpu not have markings? fake?
You still need a dedicated GPU for real gaming
Not sure this replaces a cheap laptop
Could use a steam deck or ally instead of this and save money.
A GPU would cost more than this mini PC...
decent specs for an average PC.
Meh
My phone could do better and it has a screen.
