@Playwholeday - it's the Ergon SM Enduro Pro Titanium! The production model doesn't come with the large 'ERGON' logo, they are only available for select riders/teams.
One of the coolest trail experiences was when I was night riding and a deer ran alongside of me for like 1/4 mile. It was like something out of a video game!!!
Great topics, and well done video, Isaac! Really important to be considerate with other people and critters who share our riding environments - villagers or lizards - we all want to have a good day. Welocome to the team, mate!
Great video! I will ask one thing. You guys really need to use more varied music. GCN does this really well. Natural sounds might actually improve the production quality.
I confess that I don’t clean my bike after every single ride…maybe after every 3rd or 4th ride. That said I do ride almost exclusively in dry conditions - in fact, in my area riding in the wet is expressly forbidden. It does happen, I’ve gotten caught out in an unexpected thunderstorm and had to race back to the car, and when the bike gets wet and muddy I wash it immediately. But for normal riding? I’ll wipe down fork stanchions and my shock body and that’s about it.
Another good habit to get into is checking the weather of the area you go riding in BEFORE it checks you right back. I’ve been caught in massive lightning storms, rain storms, and even hail once… check the weather and maybe find a trail that doesn’t have anything crazy going on.
yes, less vital if you use wet lube, but a lubed chain is a happy chain. i try to do every week, but there's probably a number of miles ridden or something. less lube more often will help your chain last and less energy for you to climb that big hill!
Good job Isaac, some tips I hadn’t heard before and great to have the consideration for wildlife and villagers added. Any tips for riding with your less experienced partner or family?
The aim should always be for it to be fun, so making sure that everyone involved is happy, well prepared and feels safe and comfortable is key. Taking it slow and steady and being as supportive as possible will help get their confidence up, and also let them enjoy the whole experience more - and hopefully want to come back out riding with you!
Interesting debate on MTBR about training/teaching and using the old narrative of, "ride with faster friends". Perhaps a video on that training aspect.

If someone hits a sick line or jump...I give you permission to cheer around me!
Keeping a lid on the volume - I´ve never understood why some hubs have t be so loud, sounding like a machine gun going down the trail?

And some varied content... I swear I see the same video title every few weeks
Do the bolt check at home and with a torque wrench. You don't want to snap a bolt away from home

Very nice video Isaac, so little is spoken of keeping the environment safe. Great video and I looking forward to seeing more like this one.

Very cool video! Important video! I think those good habits are so important you, the environment you ride in, and the function of your bike.

After rinsing off the bike after a ride do I need to lube the chain or WD40 every time? In general How often should I lube my chain?

What’s that chain tension check tool?

Funnily enough, that's touched upon in our newest video! You can watch it here: ua-cam.com/video/C1VqX--aH9o/v-deo.html
I brake for turtles! Okay, any moving thing actually. Be respectful of the habitats you ride in is great advice and responsible. Stuff lives there.
Isn't that Blake's bike?

Whatever happened to getting on a bike and going. Yet again you've gone and made something fun much more complicated than it needs to be
