HOW DO YOU TURN IT ON WITHOUT THE APP
I'm a little p*****I don't understand why my smart Bixby water fountain is suddenly not working. I've had it for about 5 months now. I've had no problems before. I clean it out regularly now. Today suddenly it's saying. I need to have my wifi router box right next to it
Hi, will it work without connecting to apps? I want to buy this but my house did not have wifi yet.
@AiraAmir We have a Catit Pixi smart water fountain and although it connects to WiFi it works fine without it although we had one problem. If too much calcium covers the fountain pipe on the inside, then the water won’t come out properly and you will need to clean it often.
As I’m waiting for it to connect, it stops flashing and looks like it’s off… it definitely doesn’t take 3 minutes… any advice or suggestions?
Switch ur wifi from 5G-2.4g connect ur device then turn 5G back on once connected its a bit of a pain if ur not tech savvy so just call ur wifi service provider

Suddenly today it's saying that I need to have my router box right next to it. I'm not about to take the smart water fountain into my bedroom what is going on this was never a issue till today I've had it for over five months now
