I used locally roasted coffee from HiKoFi coffee shop: www.hikofi.eu/en/

Normally I try to make a funny comment but all I could think while watching this video is, “When are these guys gonna do a full length documentary about cocktails?!” These 11 minutes just flew by with all the great history and beautiful cinematography. I bet you guys would make an amazing cocktail documentary. Cheers! 🥃🍀
You should see how many tabs I have opened when we're doing a script for these 11 minutes, I can't even begin to imagine what it would be like to do a full blown documentary 🙈😵 But thanks, appreciate the kind words and it's really rewarding to hear people enjoy something you work hard on 🙏
@@robifiser I’ll ask again every couple of months to see if you change your mind. 😅
That would be a great challenge for us. Robi I think you can handle a couple more opened tabs for the documentary 😀 Thank you Vino for your nice comment! Cheers 🍀
Will you try out all of these on St. Patrick's day or do you have a different favorite St. Paddy's cocktail?
I always celebrate w/ an Irish Whiskey, using Tullamore. I will use Jameson this year!
Awesome idea for a video Kevin & great thumbnail
I will try the Irish old fashioned with Bushmills BlackBush. And I like the Dublin Minstrel
Happy St. Paddy's Day ☘️ Nice Shenanigans👍
Same to you! Cheers!
Haha you sneaky Leprechaun! Never thought that jam in a cocktail can be soo good! All three cocktails were delicious!
Right?! I love Elevenses! Cheers!
jam in breakfast Martinis as well!
@@MRJLambell thanks! Now I will dig out the recipe and try it myself!
@ any marmalade or maybe jam ( watchout for balance) and you're good to go really
@
Don't forget the Buttermilk Margarita with lovely Quince jam 😉
I love the concept of a drink for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I have never heard of the elevenses but it looks perfect for an afternoon drink.
It's so good! Thanks a lot!
PERFECT!!!! All three of these look delish, but the Irish Old Fashioned looks so tasty!! THANKS!!!!!
Thank you! I hope, that you will try it out. Cheers
@@KevinKos I actually would love to try all 3!!
@@TheSpiritoftheCocktail so nice to hear that!
I love the LOTR reference used with the Elevenses. great video Kevin.
Glad you liked it! Thank you David!
our family has been celebrating St Patrick's Day in Buffalo NY with Irish coffee for as long as I can remember, It is a perfect starter for parade day here! finish with a corned beef dinner and a few old fashions and for dessert another Irish coffee. thank you for a different take on the old fashions we will be trying them on the 21st!!!
That is awesome! I am glad that you will try it out! Cheers and happy celebration!
FYI on the corned beef, that was a very big thing in ireland before Boston. Cork was one of the largest exporters of it.
Great video guys! All these look amazing! I love Benedictine in an Old Fashioned! I have not tried it with Irish Whiskey though. Cheers!
Rob, how do you feel about Kevin dipping his toes into your niche of UA-cam bartending? 😅
Thank you Rob! I am sure, that you will like it. Cheers!
Robi I think that this doesn't count, since I had my socks on 😅
Yea if you’re going after the UA-cam foot fetish audience, you can’t wear socks 🦶 🤣🤣
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! I'm number 1!
Loved it. Happy St. Patrick's Day. Thank you
Glad you enjoyed it. Happy St. Patrick's Day. Cheers!
Hi from Sweden. Great videos, keep it Up, Kos. Cheers!
Thanks a lot! Regards to Sweden!
Lovely video! All the Irish cocktailmakers would be proud!
Thank you Luka! I hope that they will be proud 🥂
More great cocktails! Will have to try the Old Fashioned. I plan to start my day with (evening) with a Declaration cocktail. Thanks again and Cheers!
Thank you! Have fun!
They all look so good! But I think Elevenses is my favourite! Love your videos!
Thank you so much Lele! Cheers!
Definitely gets my vote!
Elevenses is a great discovery! Definitely will have to give it a go
I love it! Let me know how you like it! Cheers!
The Irish Old Fashioned has became a new favorite of mine. I use Powers Gold Label and only one dash of orange bitters but it’s the perfect nightcap after a hard day’s work. Delicious until the last sip. Cheers!
Here’s to a long life and a merry one, a quick death and an easy one, a pretty girl and an honest one, a cold drink and another one. Awesome vid once again, cheers!
Thank you so much! Cheers!
I think I just found my new favorite toast!
Beautifully done as usual! All the cocktails look wonderful - loved how you took us through the day. Sláinte!
Thank you my friend! I am glad, that you liked it!
Fantastic episode, Kevin. Well done to you and the crew. Leprechauns will be happy 🍀
Thank you so much. I hope that we made Leprechauns pleased 🍀
As an Irish man. I love the video. Black Barrel is a really good irish whiskey
Thanks! I am glad, that you like the video. True. Black Barrel a fantastic Irish whiskey.
Another great video. I really love Black Barrel it works so well in Irish Old Fashioned. I created a version called Bar Breaker using ginger, orange and angostura bitters.
It's a great whiskey indeed. Your cocktail sounds great! Thank you 🥂
Wow I can't believe St. Pattys day is already almost here.....been a crazy year! Drinks look awesome
Yes, 2020 passed by really quickly. Thanks!
My first job was working in an Irish pub in Germany. We would drink irish coffees with bushmills to start
That's a great way to start a shift. Prost!
If there were ever 3 cocktails to be enjoyed throughout the day it's these three. Seriously delicious! 🤤🇮🇪
Couldn't agree more!
I love your content... proper storytime! awesome work team KK.
Thanks, Steve, that means a lot, coming from a non-pretentious bartender! 😅😜 And you'll love next week's episode! 😉
@@KevinKos oh I can be a pretentious Egotender, don’t worry about that. I’m just too old to care about it now. 🤣 But I love seeing what the youngsters are coming up with these days. Even us old guys who started the Sous Vide trend back in the 00s, can learn a tonne from you guys.
@@StevetheBarmanUK It's good to know we can keep you lot on your toes. And thanks for treading a path and helping out so many creators with your experience.
Just found this channel..it's great
Welcome aboard! Thank you!
Love your style Kevin! Black Barrel is a modern classic over here in Ireland, great choice for your base whiskey!
Thank you so much! Black Barrel is amazing Irish whiskey. Cheers!
@@KevinKos Haven't made an Old Fashioned at home with anything else for months!
Wonder if I can find some in Germany. Haven't had the pleasure yet.
That Elevenses sounds awesome! I'll be using my favorite go to Irish whiskey Powers Gold though.
Elevenses is so good. I hope that you will try it out. Cheers!
Just tried my first Elevenses. Wow that was great!
It makes me really happy when you guys try cocktails that you see on this show and even happier when you enjoy them just as much as I do! Cheers, Ignatiuz, and thanks for the comment!
Black Barrel is my absolute favourite! It’s fantastic in a Dublin Minstrel
Dublin Minstrel with Black Barrel sounds super tasty! Thank you!
@@KevinKos I prefer it to the original Last Word

The Irish Old Fashioned for me
Great choice!
I can't wait to try the Irish Old Fashioned you made as well as the Elevenses! Irish Coffee just isn't for me since coffee isn't my thing. But awesome job on the video once again!
Sounds great! I am sure, that you will like both of them. Thank you so much!
I must admit I have not tried Benedictine in place of the simple, I'll give this a try. Cheers!
It's make a huge difference in a cocktail. Let me know how it was. Cheers!
I was never a big fan of Benedictine, but I might have to rethink that
Awesome Drink, made the Elevenses yesterday as a Test. (and it was great)
How would you change the recipe to make it as a pre batched cocktail?
Because at 11am on St Patricks Day we´re normaly on our way for the Parade so no chance to make them fresh 😁
And a transportable version in an Isolation can would be a nice touch.😋😋
Is there anything else's I can you instead of the cream
Hey, I just noticed your ice with your logo. That’s awesome- where did you order that?
Thank you. It's the work of my friend who is a specialist in making things with metal. You should check out the gold rush episode, where we add a gold leaf on top of the ice that was stamped with this logo.
@@KevinKos absolutely! Does your friend have a website to order from?
@@FlourEggsYeast sorry, he doesn't have it. He usually works with bigger metal projects and this was just some kind of a favor he does for me.
@Cocktail Time with Kevin Kos Where did you get that style filter of what is it called?
It's a Chemex coffee filter. You can buy it on Amazon: kit.co/KevinKos/mixology-gear
if you haven't tried the Guinness nitro beer / coffee you should it so delicious it smell like cappuccino yet the note is Guinness and beer it like coca cola / coffee, you also haven't tried it. it not over powering yet it balances just right. i mix my Guinness with vodka, coke and coffee liqueur it not bad for a cocktail.
Interesting! I will give it a go once. Thank you!
Sounds amazing! Might have to give that a try
Awesome video. Full support here, done watch and sub. Thank you. Have a great day.
Thanks for visiting and supporting the channel! I wish you have a great day too. Cheers!
I knew I was right!!! Your clock does NOT read 5:00 in this video!!!! I knew i wasn't going crazy!!!! My research has officially ended!!!!!
Great observation, Tim! 3 different cocktails to be enjoyed at different times of the day 😎
@@KevinKos OMG. I'm not the brightest!! I didnt realize..... nevermind......
I can't think of a good reason why you wouldn't celebrate St. Patrick's Day 😋
It's a perfect excuse to enjoy some Irish drinks! 🇮🇪😉
Where are you from, Padraigh? Your accent is unlike any Irish accent I have ever heard
I am from Slovenia 😄
