Love these videos Danny, please make a video on replacing intake manifold gaskets and throttle body gaskets on the Element.
Another awesome video Danny. Very well explained. ( as usual ). My grandson has a 2007 Element and all your videos help us greatly. Thanks a lot for posting
Appreciate this comment
Danny, Another great video. I shared this on DIY Honda Element Owners group on Facebook. Hope it gets you some additional views and new subscribers. (PS... I'm old enough to be a grandpa too. LOL)
Appreciate it, grandpa x2 ❤
Changing the coolant routinely will likely prevent the sensor from going bad. Routine maintenance is critical. Great diagnostic video. Thanks again.
Great point, preventive maintenance goes a long way 👍🏼
Thanks, Danny. You're always 2 steps ahead of me!
Appreciate you watching Beth
Thanks Danny, another great video to help DIY'ers.
Appreciate you John
Another excellent video! Thanks so much, Danny! 👍

Thanks Danny! Great video!
Muchas gracias por el vídeo. En verdad me ayudó mucho. Lo felicito y realmente me gusta su canal excelente material
Thanks Danny. very good explantion of everything
Thanks
Thank you Danny! My problem is in here somewhere. It’s only the drivers side fan that is not coming on. I’ve checked the relay and the fuse so far. Now I just need to get that “blue tool” to test my fan. I’m so brand new at learning how to work on my Element (or any car) for that matter. But if I’m going to keep her than I have to learn how!
Do you suggest replacing BOTH fans even though passenger side is working? Elementary forum suggests that is why I’m asking.
Depends on how old and mileage on your Element but Yes replace both if you can afford it, if you can’t the only replace the bad one,
great video as always.
Appreciate as always
You very scientific 👍
Hi Dan. Great video. I’ve notice my 06 Element engine gets really hot. It doesn’t over heat. Just gets fuming hot. After doing some research I landed here. The fans come on when the a/c is running. I don’t have a voltage meter or a temperature meter but I ran it for 10 minutes and the fans did NOT come on. As mentioned I do not have a VM. Should I just go ahead and replace the Temperature Sensor and is it the same on an 06?
It’s the same for an 06, I would suggest purchasing a voltage meter
My Honda Element heats up with the air off while it is on, there is no problem and I have already installed a new thermostat and the two temperature sensors, which could be.Without the air they activate very late and the tank spits out the coolan
please help i cannot find the ect sensor 2 ANYWHERE!!! i have a 2006 element it is genuinely nowhere to be seen.
