I don't have this but I believe the rear sight is adjustable for both windage and height. Some 22s come with different height front sights so you can change your front sight for adjustment. A little more convenient with a adjustable rear sight. I'm sure sig could have used a more sturdy design but cost and the fact that it is just 22 ideally used for training and cheap fun was a deciding factor. I don't think it's a big deal on a low recoil plinker as long as you're not treating it like a kick ball it should be fine. A lot of semi auto 22s use a fixed barrel vs a tilting barrel design. I would guess it has to do with reliability, function and or accuracy. It is a pretty small low powered projectile. Probably able to use a heavier barrel with the fixed barrel. My guess anyway never really thought about it till you mentioned it.
@@Stormtrooper_Accuracy Just got the tacpac last night. Had time to run a mag of cci mini and 1 of norma tac ran great.I wasn't sure what to expect reviews on line are all over the place. Kinda of normal but on this it was about 50 50 on i had issues or it's awesome. We'll see how it goes but haven't heard of anyone having issues later on it's usually right out of the box. It is high for a 22 but a lot of the polymer simi auto 22s are made by the same company (umarex) Walthe s&w Beretta etc. Umarex makes air soft guns. The quality feels better than the Walther I have. I'm sure some of it is for the sig name too but at least they put the time and effort into design and manufacturing.
@@Stormtrooper_Accuracy Yeah I don't like it either. cheaply done. I heard people stripping out the windage screw and the elevation walking itself back down. I looked around for a replacement from reputable co. No ones making anything yet. Kinda surprised it's been out for over a year but then again with the economy and the way things have been going 22s might not be too hot right now. I'll probably end up getting a cheap red dot to put on it. I've had good luck with the riton micro dot. I can usually find someone selling it for 100. I've got 3 of them. No problems. I prefer red dots but still shoot with irons a lot.
I love my 22LR firearms, and my wife really enjoys them, so I get to shoot with her more often because of them. I have amassed quite a collection of 22’s and still have my eye on several more. Lately I’m drooling over the HK MP5 22. Oh, the fixed barrel is common on 22LR auto pistols because the 22LR round isn’t powerful enough to cycle a round with a tilting barrel, especially if the barrel is threaded for a suppressor and is being fired with a suppressor and subsonics (it also makes running a suppressor much lest complicated because no heavy piston/Nielsen device is required).
I just wish they sold the TacPac with an all black pistol. But it's only available black frame w/ Moss green slide or in all coyote tan. I'm going to get a TacPac one of these days.
I just saw this same model on the PSA website (green and all). I'm thinking of getting one of these for my daughter to practice with. I'm looking at the one in their coyote tan. 😉
Mr Lew! Welcome to my crappy channel, & thanks for chiming in good-sir. It's a great gun for beginners like myself and my wife. Your daughter won't be disappointed if she's a beginner. Was originally looking for tan. Looks better than the other colors.
@ryanchinh1040 good question, so far everything I've ordered, was shipped out within 48hrs. Except for one item I ordered Monday, but hasn't shipped yet. I've had items arrive within 4 days, and I've had items arrive a little over a week.

All good info sir, I'm pinning this.

@one-way1927 congrats sir! Did u check out the rear sights? They still bug me. You're right about the reviews though, seem to be all over the place.

I can understand that. Strange, that's not an option.🤔
I picked one up from BassPro earlier this week. 3 mags and the holster, all black gun
@@thruthematch ahh, so they do exist. Good to know.

My p322 has light primer strike issues, a lot, around 25/100 rounds. I’ve tried different amo with same results :c
Good to know, I'll run this some more and keep track of it.
Hi
You said it came with extra trigger and a speed loader and 3 mags
Where can I buy only at sig ?
Or where did you get it
Ty
Yessir, 3 mags, 2 triggers, threaded barrel & a speed loader. I found it on Palmetto's site back then.
Are the tac gloves included?
Yessir

Found this one for $487.43 before taxes.

@ryanchinh1040 ahh I see, checkout Palmetto state armory, that's where I found mine.
@Stormtrooper_Accuracy when you place order on PSA site how long they start to ship out and how long it take to deliver to FFL dealer location store.
