My Category Merit rank is 2504 (obc) And Common Merit rank is 8630...i didn't got any campus in 1st-2nd round is there any chance for 3rd-4th or spot round? My first preference was Srinagar (FD)

I made a huge mistake d I didn’t pay the fee and upgraded my seat I thought you have to pay fee when you freeze your seat Because the round schedule shows admission payment option in other rounds too. What do i doo noww??? PLEASE HELPP IAM IN A HUGE TROUBLE
