@@catedoge3206 LOL. The idea is to make time for a social life. Whether it is a party, or a virtual game with friends, your brain needs a break to be efficient when you are working during your designated study times.Best of luck with your studies!
Time-bound planning doesn't work me. What if something happens and I can't start on time? I prefer to allocate just the duration and the time of the day ( like "2 hours in the afternoon"). Works much better for me personally.
Hey, it's still time bound since you have a specific duration and part of the day assigned to complete the task. Just a little more flexible than the video
Nice method to stay organized and committed to actually studying. Although I found it crazy how the person is studying for 17 hours but they have a lot less lectures compared to me.
It wasn't just two days of studying. Study time was planned for 5 of 7 days in the week, plus 3 buffer sessions (2:25) in case tasks weren't completed or additional study time needed.
i have been used to do like this agenda, and i found it really work with me, i got good marks at school and everybody asked me how i work at home, so i gave them all the ways that i follow personally. anyway when i am watching this right now i felt happy because i realised that i got that myself
Yes! Having scheduled work time to get your brain used to productive phases is a great way to fight distraction. What‘s also important is to schedule your study breaks to support memorization!
@@jr243-r6w I was referring to study breaks as after a learning block, like after one hour of studying. If you know how long to study and how long to take your breaks, it can be beneficial to your memorization. Also it can deepen your knowledge if you take a power nap for the right amount of time (90minutes) right after studying to restore your energy and consolidate your memory ☺️👍 i
I think this would apply to business student. Because business studies is not as hard as medical. Good luck medical students. You guys are the future doctor and farmacist.
This is excellent. But sorry I write what I need to accomplish then work backwards like checkpoints. At the checkpoint find out if it still feasible then adjust the calendar. If you start with now you might be underestimating the exact time needed to complete the task which effects other tasks for that day or other important task that you didn't bother to itemized usually by overextending. Hope this helps.

About 1:40 and so on. Monday, there are two things colliding. A Study group 14:30 - 16:00. And Lecture 15:00 - 17:00. How to solve this? And I would let StudyGroup and Lecture switch places.

Well it's easier for the pre-clinical stage vs clinical stage of med school but it is possible. It requires much more organization and discipline because after a hectic day on the 'easiest' of rotations you're so exhausted mentally and physically.
