So looking at your hair now while it’s wet, I think a good trim of about 5 inches should be enough. That way you have some more definition, volume, without sacrificing a lot of length. So good to see you posting again!
ALSO: you are post baby body GOALS
Loving the vlogs 🙌🏼. I love the long hair, personally don’t think you need a trim. And we gonna need a full vid on your husbands sneaker collection holy moly! Haha
Yes I would cut the bottom 6 inches!
Yes, I think you should cut off the less curly part at the end. I thought about that after the last video. It will make you feel better about your beautiful hair. 🥰
yes i agree i cut will do wonders.. the transition between the tight curls at the top and the straight ends is very drastic.. would look lovely to cut off about 6-10 inches
Get a curly bob! It would look super cute on you.
I would love to see photos of pictures of styles you are interested in.
Yes I agree with many people who say a cut is needed. It looks damaged on the ends, you can see a few inches that doesn’t curl, even after a wash and style , it is dead ☠️ ❤ I say that with love in my heart. You have a gorgeous curl pattern.
They need to sponsor you. Those shirts look very nice/cool!! that color green like looked great!
I just had about 4” chopped off of mine. COVID really screwed up my hair. Not only did I lose a lot of hair, but my curls are much less curly and flat 😢
SAME here. My hair was finally at the length and health I wanted and COVID destroyed my hair. I had to big chop. I will say, that cutting my hair REALLY helped!
I had my first baby in August of 2020, and just had my second about 5 months ago. I had a lot of postpartum hair loss after my first, but this time was even worse. I have very similar texture/curl type to yours, and my hair was down past my waist. I actually just cut it to collar bone length yesterday. I had so much hair fall that would just get stuck, and tangled up in my curls, that I had completely stopped wearing my hair curly. Realizing that all of the heat damage I was doing, completely made keeping my length pointless, I just decided to cut it.
I hope you choose to do whatever makes you feel better in this season of life, keeping in mind that it is just a season, and that you will have times ahead to change up your style again and again. You are gorgeous and you will still be gorgeous with whatever style you decide to go with ❤
Just gorgeous really!!!!
Great video Kelly. I love your hair this length; it looks very healthy and shiny. Isla is so adorable. Love the vlogs. The white sleeveless and green shirts are my favorite.
What can of haircut do you ask your stylist for? I have been getting Deva cuts but I don’t like how the stylist cuts each curl and the hair grows in looking very choppy and the end stringy. Sending love to you and Isla.💕
Hi Kelly, you're looking lovely as always 💕
CHOP!!! those dead ends are holding you back, your hair will look even more gorg with a fresh cut!
You’re beautiful Kelly!! Miss you!! I definitely think a good chop would be good like rounded again kind of like i did! You may had also had some Deva damage like me 😢 it was right in that same time frame and when I tried to “grow out” the damage it was just very dry and stringy. I’d also not do color for a while if you cut it so your natural color can be healthy and then do some!
Your hair is very pretty but it does need a trim, do a dry cut so it wont be too short when it dries, I think 4 in would look so good on you.
The same day of your last video, I did. I had to!
Do you have any tips for first time moms? I have my first ultrasound on Monday. ❤
ur hair looks good, probably a few inches would be good like most r saying, I think :)
I think a trim wouldn’t be so bad. May help lighten the weight up to help the curls bounce some. Ultimately it’s your hair 🤷🏽♀️so you gotta figure out how comfortable you are with it’s current state.
You should chopping your ends of just the part of the hair not that curly,Amanda walker also chopping her hair to a bob.
I love long hair. U have pretty hair. You shouldn’t remove more then 2 inches. 🙂
You look like Beyonce
you look like #shakira
I dont know you, but your video came across my news feed. You don’t need to cut your hair. I have natural curly hair. I used to use deva curl which ruined my hair to point I had to chop it all off down to my neck. I had hair down to my waist. Split ends and breakage was awful, no elasticity to it what so ever. But last 6 months I used Love your curls line. It was miracle for my hair. After one time use, I had redefine curls back, now have no split ends, strong hair very define, my curls are a alive. I just cant stop touching my curls. So very soft and bouncing, without using blow dryer, curling iron or any heat. They are water based line, very vegan friendly no chemicals. I recommend them before you cut your hair. Now my hair is back to middle of my back, no frizz. Just give them a try. You won’t regret it.
If you feel like chopping the ends off, Marissa @marissa_lanae got a haircut recently that I think would look great on you
