I’m a combo curl probably 2b,2c and 3a. My curls were a solid 3a until I did a keratin treatment which I now regret but I’m slowly but surely transitioning back to 3a curls! My hair is so much healthier letting it go curly and using very little heat to dry or just totally air dry! I love and appreciate all the curly girls on UA-cam teaching us how to take care and embrace our curls! Thank you!

Ive had a short, rounded cut like yours for the past year or so and I can say the shortest layers grow quickly! You have to get your hair "shaped" a lot more often when its shorter because the layers grow out quickly. Looks great!!
yes! i cut my hair one day after this video was uploaded and i feel like my hair already grew almost an inch! i do use a lot of oils and vitamines tho

I love how your hair turned out! Although I must say that maybe your hair may feel a little producty because you added a lot of the cream? I think my hair is a little bit more "coarse" in texture than yours and I add a little less. Just a thought/tip! :) I love Rizos curls! I have been wanting to try their oils and the ACV scalp rinse!

Your hair looks so insanely beautiful! I'm kind of new to diffusing my fairly curly hair but can anyone tell me how your supposed to sleep with your hair after diffusing it? I usually braid it but I feel like it always stretches my curls or changes the curls to look more crimped then curled if that makes sense? lol any suggestions are much appreciated ❤

Glad to see someone else has a problem with the Rico’s curls hairspray bottle. Cause it does that to me too. It can get hard to press down especially with one hand. Kind of a pain. 🤷🏽♀️

The bottle tends to get jammed for me, too, lol. (Maybe I should put the liquid into a different type of generic spray bottle for when I use this next time.)
I finally got my hair cut yesterday! I asked her to cut it to my shoulders so I could still do a ponytail but she went waaay shorter and I can’t put all my hair up! 🤦🏻♀️ I’m in Florida too so I’m like now what am I gonna do with a toddler when I’m outside in all this heat and humidity! 😂 please grow fast! My curls are coming back though so I guess that’s a plus. I love your hair, it looks gorgeous!

Love it ..I tried to grow it long...but....it's easier... shorter..just cut it a couple a days ago.. still can put it up...lol...so u get the best of both worlds..not too short not too long ....

Anyone have any tips on what to look for when finding a hair dresser and what products to use? I've got 3B curly hair and I straighten it every day, I have no idea how to take care of curly hair and the maintenance of straightening is getting exhausting. Everytime I try to wear my hair curly, I can't stand it. I really wanna love my curls, but my lack of knowledge makes me hate them even more.
Any suggestions for beginners would be much appreciated, what brands work for you if you've got 3B curls?
I got you! I got 3B curly hair and to be honest patience is the key.
Pay attention to your hair, it’s going to let you know what products you have to use.
If it’s dry (oil treatments, butters, creams) or oily hair (watery products, light leave-ins, gels, mousses and products with 1 or 2 oils)
What helped me while I was in my transition is stop using heat and do hairstyles, actually I didn’t know how to comb my curls (on youtube there are many videos how to do hairstyles) 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

Before you chopped your hair off your curls was change look really flat ,for the health of your hair have to go.

I hate to say this I used the riso defining cream and it completely almost ruined my hair. My beautiful curly locks were turned into kinks..I literally had to shampoo my hair 6 times but the damage is pretty bad...I'm now treating it with avocado and olive oil to restore my hair to its original state...I'm really sad because I really wanted to like this product as I saw many great reviews on UA-cam and as a Latina I like supporting mi gente.
