The others were 11 to 12 dollars they were way better quality

China is collapsing every year in the US media. But they are growing quickly in reality. In China, you can see everyone comes out to enjoy food, shopping, movies in evening, food delivery is everywhere at day time, they are still building over 3,000kms of high-speed railway each year, if US can build 300kms high-speed railway they would be proud enough. China produces twice amount of EVs than the rest of the world combined!…… They also use more concrete, steel, coals than all other countries combined…… I can give endless example, Surely, The US wants China collapses.

The Chinese economy is slowing down, no one has said it’s completely collapsing. There main source of economy growth is manufacturing and their manufacturing is being taken away because of America. Their situation is literally worse than Japan 1980s situation. Also they just recently started to slow down quickly (about 3 years ago) so before the pandemic there wasn’t any talk about Chinas downfall, now there is and there are good reasons for that. Look at manufacturing, manufactures are leaving their country.

But the problem that billions still live in proverty( able to live in the simpliest way) still exist and will not disappear for the next decade. All these prosperous phenomenon rely on the hard life of multiple labourer, therefore it takes much secrifice to develop this fast. It's been such a dilemma for decades. China do not spend time worrying too much about all the vitriols and diatribes that its detractors throw at China. It just put down its head and focuss on what needs to be done and grind it out.
On the positive side of it is that such vitriols and diatribes usually give space to China to shock the world regularly. The EV vehicles advancement it managed to achieve during the covid lockdown is a classic example.

China's economy has indeed slowed down in the past year or two, but this is just a normal correction in the process of economic development. It is not as catastrophic as some Western media claim, suggesting that China's economy is on the brink of collapse. This shows how much Western countries hope for China's downfall and how fearful they are of China's growing strength. One benefit of the economic slowdown is that Chinese people are no longer blindly and frantically pursuing expensive Western luxury goods that are of little practical use. Instead, they are turning to high-quality, affordable Chinese products. This shift is another reason why the West is displeased with China. In fact, the U.S. has been promoting how many jobs have been created in America, only to later revise that number, admitting it was not as high as claimed. It's clear that the U.S. has been falsifying its own data.

Chengdu was ranked as the top new first-tier city in China in 2023 by the Rising Lab, a research branch of the Shanghai media group Yicai. The city was evaluated based on five first-level dimensions, including concentration of commercial resources, city hub, and future plasticity.
It's home to many universities and research institutes, including Sichuan University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.

as long as we still have logical sense, we won’t fooled by any propaganda. Now, China has around 4 to 5 % economic growth while the west (Europe) has either 0 . something economic growth while some have negative economic growth because of the Ukraine war. Which are in better position? Not to mention China economic growth is due to the productivity which is real growth, capital put into public infrastructure, massive projects like building mega ports , tech etc which generate wealth from raising the std of living . The problem is China has 1.4 billion ppl and every year they have cater for a massive no of graduate or ppl who have just stepped into society to find a job. Moreover,, the tariff put on China from US is a headache for China too , but it seems the Chinese knows how to tackle this problem .That are many challenge which is not easy , but certainly not economic crisis. And it takes time.

Jinling is the name of Nanjing in ancient times. The Imperial Examination Museum you went to explains a method of talent selection and class mobility in China since 600 AD. Before the imperial examination, political power was basically controlled by large families, but the imperial examination system selected elite young people through layer-by-layer examinations. After these people pass the palace examination, which is the final test of the emperor, they will start as local officials and gradually become political and academic elites xkrz
