The Speedi makes the best chicken ever! It's always juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Love my Speedi!!

Tried this chicken recipe tonite for the first time, and I was mightily impressed with the crispy skin and juicy interior. One thing you might want to change is how you put the dry ingredients together. I save my bread bags, and shake out any crumbs. I use the bags to contain the flour and seasonings so you can just shake the dry stuff to mix it up,and then put the chicken in the bag and shake to coat. Best part is you toss the bag after, saving getting flour all over your counter.

Ordered a Speedi an hour ago because my youngest boy is so fussy with his chicken - he wants it moist and then crispy on the outside. He has tried to cook the conventional way but he gets upset because it doesn't work out. I am nearly turning 60 and I'm fed up with cooking all the time so I'm hoping this will help my youngest cook the chicken of his dreams! Thank you James for explaining so well how to cook with the Ninja Speedi. Although it is a present for my youngest .... secretly I'll be itching to use it too! I'll let you know how we get on ...

Looks fantastic!!! Just a hint - try putting the flour in a brown paper bag then put in the chicken then shake it up, and throw the bag away (old timey idea and works great), but hardly any flour mess and no extra dishes. BTW: brown paper bags are at Aldi's. You have great videos on the Ninja Speedi. Just got mine yesterday.

James, I've only seen a couple of your videos, but the rest are on my immediate to do list! This chicken looks so appetizing, I must try it soon. I have a question about wings. I bought a huge bag of wings, but I wonder about the timing. There's much less flesh on wings than on thighs. Is the timing the same or less? I may not be able to wait for your answer, as I am totally inspired by you to cook them in my Speedi! Thank you for your videos. They are clear and educational. I appreciate them!

I was going to comment that you continue to amaze me, but since everything I have tried from your videos has been awesome, I am now a convert, amazement no longer fits 😎...the only thing I did differently was to use 4 separate seasonings to test to see what I might want to do going forward, and since I try to eat low carb, one of them was crushed pork rinds, as well as Old Bay, Montreal Chicken, and salt, pepper, and paprika...all were great following your video 😋

I tried this chicken and came out amazing. However, at the 15 minute mark when I tried to turn over it was stuck to my air fryer rack. Some of the crunchy stuff was gone with the rack 😢 I did spray some olive oil on both rack and chicken before I started. Could that be an issue?

Hi James, like many others, I really appreciate your videos. If it weren't for you, my Speedi would still be sitting on my countertop in the 'out-of-the-box' condition. My question is this, is adding 1 cup of water enough? I find that usually the water is completely evaporated and there are bits stuck on the bottom (although clean up is usually quick and easy). Is it OK to add say 1 1/2 cups of water? Thanks James!
