Never understood why Levi's themselves didn't buyout White Oak when it was being liquidated. Could have kept the same experienced employees and quality denim. But their priorities often seem elsewhere. Also to note: Vidalia Mills bought some of the Draper X3 looms from White Oak and brought over a few of the most experienced employees to help set them up.
fun fact the bought 49 out the 50 (i belive the numbers were 49 and 50, but i know Vidalia mills bought all but one, that other one went to some museume)
