i dont mean to be offtopic but does anybody know of a method to get back into an instagram account? I somehow forgot my account password. I appreciate any assistance you can offer me
@Cash Brendan thanks for your reply. I got to the site through google and im waiting for the hacking stuff atm. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
There actually a museum for Levi's. There are some really interesting videos on UA-cam if you wanna learn/ see more. That's how I found this video. I just started my search with What did the first pairs of Levi look like and then Levi's from the 1800's. That's where I'm at now. I'm still looking.
Cause they clearly ripped those people off. It was there own fault for not knowing but the 30s Levi's alone are worth thousands. My question is when was this episode filmed cause that could definitely affect the value of Levi's. 10 or 15 years ago they wouldn't have been worth as much as they are now
I had a pair of Levi's for more than 15 yrs, fit me, sometime tight, sometime loose but they were my favs, they finally tore up, ❣️😂😂😂to where I CD not wear them out doors, 🤣😅luv Levi's,...... I wd get them tailored tho.... ❣️🙏🙋They made tough
..does anyone have an idea of which year or era does the 501 jeans with the buttons for suspenders were made?..only 1 care tag inside and its says Made in USA and the other side is the care instructions..the main/top button has the Levis Strauss. & CO..as well as the buttonfly but they dont have any letter or nos. on the other side..while the rivets have L.S & CO of both sides..and it has the Red tag on it with the Big E on the Levis label..and it doesnt have any back patch when i got it on the thrift store 4 yrs ago..
Can't understand why when people find out what the items are actually worth they would handle all the profits over to a couple of dealers? Why not just sell them yourself now. And in reality who knows what they might actually really bring. I would just sell them on eBay being you would get the largest collector interest and they might go for a big fortune.
They robbed those ppl on live TV, but I understand it was all staged...also the guy giving th3 appraisal... he did his sure job to make sure they got over as well.
So @ 150 a piece do you think we can get to 175 a piece when high retail is 200... no, you don't know a thing about vintage, repair, or even the product you're selling, you're lucky they even came by and offered you anything.
Watch all new episodes of American Pickers, returning soon, and stay up to date on all of your favorite History Channel shows at history.com/schedule.

@Cash Brendan it worked and I now got access to my account again. I am so happy!
Thank you so much, you saved my account!
@Devon Kenneth No problem xD
Wow I have never been so mad watching two people get ripped of so badly in my life. Like you can tell Frank knows what he’s looking at.
600 for some buckle backs haha
This is pre covid. No hype prices.
Very cool to learn about the history of this Levis collection!

Levis from the 1890s bring big cash. Japanese love em
I wonder why the Japanese like them so much?
@@ohio72213nukes
lmfao the jean guy finessed everyone
How so? told them it's worth more than it actually is or told them it's worth way less than what it's actually worth

Even ten years ago you could never buy 30's Levi's for $1375 (or any of those pairs for $175 a piece). Highway robbery!
I agree to this
The denim is worth more than that..they ripped y'all off
negative- in that condition and size, not easy to sell- you want to buy them? lol
@@delg1211 on grailed those would be easly sold for 1000 a piece and the older pair 4k
facts these are all worth at least $2,000+ a piece if they’re 30’s-50’s .
@@Billythekld “listed” not sold ;)
@@delg1211 I sold a 1947 pair for $3000 on ebay. These were undervalued for sure
“Well, better call up our Local Jean Historian” lol
Yeah, let's call the dude that owns Imogene and willie. Like the dude was never a vintage denim hustler before starting his company. Lol!
I love Levi’s
best fitting jeans ever made, 501,618 and the modern 511.
Forget the jeans, I want that Ford Bronco from when they were driving away!
I don’t wear denim pants but this is fascinating
Boy, I don’t know what I would’ve done if I didn’t have that information
Hwat do you wear then!? basketball shorts year round?
@@TylerOath dickies
Thank you.
They'd be blown away with what they are actually worth
2 bucks?
They worth more
Levi’s are the only jeans I wear
Love levis

What’s crazy is now none of those jeans will retail under $1000 the buckle backs on the low end of 3k
he straight up just scammed them
@@roopat8417 Keep in mind this was also filmed 5+ years ago. The market has blown up exponentially since then.
@@legotten1695 even 5 years ago they were worth double
I got a pair that there's a patch on the inside where you sign to mark as urs. What year is that from.
1936
That’s American history right there. That family got ripped off
The WWII and buckle backs are 2k+ a piece
i have questions about levi's, what's actually the model to see original quality, zip or button?
501 are original button fly and 505 are second zipper fly
Those are not fair prices. I would just keep them And wait for Japanese denim collectors
agree
Good to see you guys back on the hunt
If i have a time machine. I will buy a lot it.
Bring it to curent time, and sale it
buy shares in Apple or Facebook
If you had a time machine there would be much better things to do lmao go back to ~2011 and buy a ton of bitcoin or literally anything else 😂😂
oh saw the car you got both got 2 seprate cars in Nashville❤
The original Levi Strauss Factory is across the street from my house here in San Francisco. It’s now a school
Valencia street,sir?
They should of just kept and just frame it

Hi Wendell! Do you still have these?
if they don't have belt loops, they're very old
No belt loops but big E? belt loops started in 1922 and the Levi’s red tab started in 1937 so you might be looking at an homage piece
They got bumped
That is terrible, should be a crime on how badly they scammed them
I would actually still were these
holes in the knees
In the past, were these jeans wore by factory workers and civilians in the 30’s to the modern era?
Idc how rare they are ain’t paying that for jeans
These guys found the oldest jeans ever in a 1800s mine on UA-cam.
There are older pairs that have been found
@@roymorris6361 older than 1800s? impossible
There are from the 1700s🤓
Why Levi Strauss never wore a pair of jeans?
The best i can do is 5 bucks and im taking the risk here.
Lmao yeah keep them away from Rick
chips too she had drink too
How about that old ford bronco😃
Leather patch no washtag legit or not?
scammed, those r easily worth 3 times guess i got 2 head south.
Yeah you smoked them 😐
Yeah 1250😂😂😂so I can sell them for 10k
Take them to levis would have got 10x the price
Condition is not the matter
imagine getting a subscriber. yes that's a blessings 💙
lol, that's not how much those are worth, that's the price you'd pay for new levi's in some places

i think went bath room 1 time like middle of Fl😅ght FBlI
They’d prolly go for 600 a piece for the crappy ones
Lie after lies . They are worth more in worse condition

boycotted for their political stances. i wont buy another product of theirs. you can make jeans or you can do politics, but not both.
