You are welcome. I am glad you are enjoying the story. Also, Travis Baldree is a real pro. I was lucky to snag him as the narrator for both Fate of Wizardoms and Fall of Wizardoms.
Thanks! Book 5 is now ready for your listening enjoyment, and book 6 will be coming soon, capping the series. If you wind yourself longing for more, there is a COMPLETE 6-book follow up series titled Fall of Wizardoms and some spinoffs titled Wizardom Legends.
I can’t take it any longer why is no one questioning Salvons weird stuff he’s always doing. Most recently to where I’m at he’s thunderclapping avalanches but then it’s like nobody knows.
I'm pretty sure he's evil, working in the shadows for decades/centuries, a servant of the dark lord. There were a couple of hints. 1) When he first finds out Roa is going to try to kill Malvorian, he doesn't try to stop her or talk her out of it. 2) Malvorian recognizes Salvan as a servant (who we find out more about in book 3 I think) 3) He murders his Wizard lord friend Initially he's introduced as a harmless old man but he seems to know a lot for a simple story teller, things that nobody else seems to know so he was definitely giving off Gandald vibes, but more like Saruman really
Fantastic! The follow up series, Fall of Wizardoms(a six-book sequel series), is coming next week, so the adventure won't end with book 6 of this series.
Not killing the ice wielding "Fist" guy once he was put to sleep was the dumbest bit of plot-armor I've witnessed in some time. It doesn't even fit with Main Characters' past actions, motivations, or personal survival. _"Well, we killed the other three, but this one is asleep at our feet... We better go before he wakes up and comes after us"._ 🙄
SPOILER ALERT Here is the scene to which you are referring (I think): The two of them, her best friend and the man she loved, stood over the downed Captain of the Midnight Guard, exchanging words. They did not see the man approaching from behind, his hands covered in ice, face red with fury as he gathered his magic. Desperate, Narine gathered every bit of magic she could hold, formed a construct of mental manipulation, and cast it upon the man just before he attacked. He lurched backward, eyes rolling up in his head, and collapsed into a heap. Jace turned, saw the man on the ground, and looked back at Narine. “What did you do?” Narine exhaled and released her magic, exhaustion washing over her. She staggered, legs giving out. Jace leapt forward and gathered her in his arms. Spots of light danced before her eyes, and she feared she might faint. “I’ve got you, Narine,” he whispered. It was the last thing she heard. Alright. There is a lot going on in this fight with baddies in every direction, all of whom wield some sort of magic. Jace is concerned about Narine, so he puts her safety above all else. Does he or anyone else know if that dude is dead or not? No. Do they care? No. They just want to get away. They are injured, spent, and want to do nothing but rest and recover. Also, as for plot armor, Ferris and his survival has no impact on the plot whatsoever. Just sayin...finish the story before you judge what is or is not a plot mechanic.
SPOILER WARNING That's a comment I have never heard before. Put yourself into the position of Jace, Narine, Adyn, and the others. They were focused on survival, not on processing the cause of the event. Only in hindsight, after Salvon's reveal, did Jace think back and really examine the situation. Much more will be revealed over the next two books.
@@qdogkohanek (just my musings) you mentioned how there were two deities in the beginning, 2 sides of the same coin. Why do i have this feeling that salvon is the good side. ( İ might be entirely wrong 😅)
The Eight Wizardoms, the gems have eight sides, the "gods" don't really do anything other than empower the chosen wizard and direct the flow of energy while protecting the stones of a living wizard. I think it's a seal, and once more than one of the wizard lords was dead the seal was weakened enough for Urvadon (sp?) to start acting once again. Now, why Vandasil (sp?) would actively promote this, I don't know. Unless it was fated to happen and he is simply working with such things to insure the best outcome. Oh, you might be wondering why I think the supposed god of light is actively guiding things, I believe that's who "Salvon" actually is. I actually first thought something like that back in book 1 once I noticed he was also "Vanda", the one who was guiding the previous wizard lord of Marquithe. And yes, the strip tease performed by Jerrel had me laughing. "If you've gotta do it, why not have fun with it?" It's a motto I also follow. Also, Brogan is an idiot. A likeable idiot, but an idiot nonetheless.
Very entertaining. Good flow on the storytelling and the narrator is excellent. Speaks clearly and concisely.

Thank you for this wonderful series. Makes my days at work much easier to get through. Also big shout out to the narrator who does a great job.

Same!❤

Thanks so much for the donation! Glad you’re enjoying the story!
Good gracious. Love the story but is that what a dwarves eyes look like? Talking about the picture shown.
That particular dwarf likes to accesorise
They mentioned Roarke wears shades
He is a most undwarfish dwarf.
Love it.... can't wait for the next one to open...
Good timing, it's available!

Jaces striptease was the funniest thing ive ever heard in a book thank you!
LOL. I love that scene. It was my favorite for a while, but there is a scene in Wizardom Legends: Temple of the Oracle, that I think is my best yet.
When the wizards started to bare themselves to prove they were innocent I was dying. And of course Jace would come up with an idea like that
I can’t take it any longer why is no one questioning Salvons weird stuff he’s always doing. Most recently to where I’m at he’s thunderclapping avalanches but then it’s like nobody knows.
I've been thinking the same thing since no 2.
I'm pretty sure he's evil, working in the shadows for decades/centuries, a servant of the dark lord.

1) When he first finds out Roa is going to try to kill Malvorian, he doesn't try to stop her or talk her out of it.

3) He murders his Wizard lord friend
Initially he's introduced as a harmless old man but he seems to know a lot for a simple story teller, things that nobody else seems to know so he was definitely giving off Gandald vibes, but more like Saruman really
That is the biggest flaw of the series and reduces the other character development by a lot, because the seem so dumb never question these instances
@@hislightness yeah I felt the same way. It’s written to seem like it was obvious and even mentioned that characters noticed.
Awesome as usual
I'm enjoying this series

Jace performing the striptease for a room full of people to gain a room and food for him and his companions was definitely a unexpected surprise. ♥️
Yeah. That was a fun scene to write. The humorous moments tend to be my favorites.
When is the next book coming out. This is a great stories.
Thank you
Yes please!
Onward, to book 5! Stuffs bout to get real!😂

Great book… but why the narrator say that the lord of palistan die from the dragon 😅
He is an UNRELIABLE narrator. He has motives and an agenda.
So the elves had Taulmaril the Heart Seeker just chilling in the woods.

@@muhammadlaving2670 I'd hate to spoil the surprise, so I am going to abstain.
Guess: salvan is an agent of the dark lord or the dark lord himself, he did guide the shift in the balance of magic
Why is it that during the recap of the books the storyteller left out the fact he is the one who killed the wizard?
He is an unreliable narrator and has an agenda.
Crazy dude killed a guy and now nailing his daughter. Pretty sure he hit her with a buckshot....she pregnant if you don't catch my drift
A band of thieves, murderers, and killers. Are they the bad guys? Lol
Wizards die left and right lol
Ambition comes with a cost, and these wizards are caught in a time of change. Something is happening. Where will it lead?
Too much romance in this one.
