And in addition I wanted to say that I am glad that you purposefully adress men and offer guidance as there is so much toxic stuff out there or channels only adressing women (which is fine... but it is nice to have access to a healthy approach from the other perspective)
Love what you've said about men reclaiming their masculinity and learning to lead themselves so they can lead others. Integrity is how you conduct yourself when no one is looking, and I'm yet to know a man as a partner who can live in their true authentic selves and show up because they really want to. I feel I've languished relationships holding on tight to the small glimpses of strong, beautiful men with so much potential who wear a mask or live in some kind of fantasy. Having this ideal women in mind who is the unrealistic combination of their favourite parts of many women in one package. She doesn't exist.....so just get real
