I personally think you look stunning in black (way better than grey) - funny they think it's no good for you! Spring colors definitely suit you but so do deeper basic shades.

Thank you, trust me my wardrobe wasn't that great and this colourist helped a lot :D Black is slightly too contrasting, navy or grey is better (for my at least). Happiness is the best makeup, I agree :)

The funny thing about seasons is they can be nothing what we think they are (I read on it before but couldn't establish what type I was). Only the colourist enlightened me :) and yes, black is out!

I like this type of video! And you are beautiful and look beautiful in your new color palette clothes! I wondered over the years too what season I could be, and after so many mistakes and research, I am sure of being soft autumn :) and I feel the most like myself in those colors. As a child, my mother used to buy me clothes and 90% of them were in the wrong shade, like very cool colors and darker shades even, or bright white, and wearing them I was wondering why do I tend to look so sick and pale or green, bad anyhow. But when I was wearing warmer colors, and in medium intensity, I was feeling so beautiful and glowing hahaa :) The only cool shades I wear and I find they suit my complexion are baby blue, some kind of a muted pink, not too cool nor bright, and a light dusty gray. I guess that's because soft autumn is sister with soft summer so they can borrow from each other some of the shades and still look decent. But most of the time I am in warmer tones like yellow, or muted greens...
Well done for figuring out what type you are, it's not as easy as it seems. Especially the "soft" seasons - spring, summer, autumn share a lot of similarities but they are a little different. You are right, warmer but still muted colours would suit soft autumn :)

Yes you look so much more radiant, young and fresh with the right colors! I would say you look good in the other colors, but then seeing the side by side comparison, the difference is shocking!

Yes, I am a soft summer too and was surprised! I figured I was a winter since I was always drawn to richer tones. But nope. You are right about the black too. You don't look *bad* in black, but the color overwhelms you. The black stands out more, when you want *you* to stand out more. It is sad to have to toss out black tho.. it is such a convenient wardrobe staple. I am still figuring things out too.

It's a very subtle thing - I think in real life you'd see more difference. Although they say everyone can make black work as it's quite universal colour!

Thank you very much for the subtitles, your English is pretty clear but they help a lot. :) Just one little thing, try to use a font with a black border. That way you can read it much better with whatever background you have.
You look so gorgeous as always and yes, gray suits you much more than black. Weird! I don't understand these things and as a man I'm interested too. Every time I go out I pick white, gray or black colours, just to make them easy pick. Like white t-shirt, black pants and whatever sneakers. But it would be so interesting to know what fits me, I have hazel eyes and I don't know what I do wrong but... nobody notices them! 🤣 I probably won't use the one you recommend, I have no idea about Polish, but I will definitely look for someone in my region in Spanish or English. Interesting video, will take this on board. I'm too busy right now (really busy) to get into colour/wardrobe fixing... but when I'm done with what I'm working on, I'll look into these things and sort all these things out! Definitelly want to be as good as possible. The colours looked great on you. Surprising too. The interesting thing is I think everyone thinks black looks good on them (me too) so if the colourist says otherwise it's a shock ...and likely willl hurt the wardrobe (given how many black items we've all most likely purchased over the years T_T) ... Anyway,... thank you :)
I wish you best of luck and all the energy you need to complete the project you are busy working on :) Our wardrobes aren't usually the priority but thankfully done once such colour analysis can save lots of time in the future and give room for other projects. Trust me I was thinking about some wardrobe makevever for years but only now right time came and probably only because there is no escape from it as I'm moving flats :).Black was a shock and as you say most of us have too much black and white things while there are so. many other colours! I hope your wardrobe will look exactly as you wish one day :D
@@olgatoja Thanks, I hope to be done in the coming weeks. I've heard of colourists on other channels, but honestly, it seemed like another unnecessary thing (and honestly they didn't look that great from it), so it wasn't until your video now that I actually thought I'd give it a go. I can actually see the difference and it is better (of course you looked nice before and in the other colours... but with the right colours it brings something extra and it does look better ...difficult to describe). So I think I will 100% do this in the future, and maybe use the one you used as she did a good job (unlike some others I saw in other vids) and I can see it. You're glowing :) I will have my wardrobe sorted out... just not yet, hopefully this year though, if not early next year!

I actually got the Misha BB cream and it really is perfect, probably the best BB cream I've had so far. Also the sunscreen you recommended (although I don't have dry skin it's great!). Also Hada Labo (although I don't like the white one much, just the red I'll try to get more of, but last I looked there wasn't much available on Amazon :/ ). Obviously I know not everything that works for you will work for me, I take that into account, but I know you're honest. It's great you're trying and experimenting and updating us too.
