Thanks Seth. I'd definitely be interested in a overview of what all you have set up from water tower to house. Love your channel. Keep up the great work
Those are the same size as commonly used for reverse osmosis systems except for the plumbing thread size. Filter area is what counts, and that size is not realistic for "whole house" filters unless the incoming water is really, really clean. For my well I use a 20in x 4in filter (big blue jumbo) but would probably be okay with a 10in x 4in (big blue).
We are currently working on our well system and if that's well water what made you not have all the other stuff...UV filter, 3 stack filter? Right now we are getting a spin-down filter and haven't decided on the next stuff.
I wonder if you did another spin down before the house filter if you would catch more of the fine silt and a timer setup to clear them out more regularly with out you intervening
Hey Seth, you may want to look into food grade grease for the o-rings and threads for those filters. And wipe them clean every once and a while to maintain a good mating surface.
I found with my water that has nasty stinky black stuff I went with cartridge filter that multi stage 10 5 1 micron and 20 10 5 1 in bulk for 10 or 20 under 80 that lasted me a year or even 70 micron down to 1
I would recommend a flushable reusable pre-filter.
He has that.

These filters are on the Well system. The water tower did really well this year.

Great video
Thanks! Just started filming a new series on spindown filter products.

Hi good video can you say what filter i could use for dirtier water?? Whats the difference in microns?

Very informative, great job!
Thank you. These filters seem to work well for the water we have here.
Do an RO review!
Man, here is an idea for you. Why don't you make an airlift pump video...

Hey Membrane Solutions, send him an RO + DI system to try!
Sincerely,

Doesn't seem any better.
