    This was really sooooooooooooooo!!!!!! good!!!! I love how you shared a lot of excellent and useful information backed by studies that really get results. I love that we don't have to starve ourselves and deprive ourselves and that' it's just a matter of eating your food in a certain order! How cool is that! :)

      Yes you are right, that said, we still need carbs for energy production. Cutting down on carbs and sugar is the right strategy 😃

      Thank you for your input...you can eat veggies first, then protein and fat for the 1st few bites and last, you can eat other ingredients of your meal together with rice (carbs). This is how I eat my meals every day 😄

      Carbohydrates are NON ESSENTIAL macro nutrients. Liver can create glucose from fat and protein through GLUCONEOGENESIS.
