Thank you for your input...you can eat veggies first, then protein and fat for the 1st few bites and last, you can eat other ingredients of your meal together with rice (carbs). This is how I eat my meals every day 😄

Carbohydrates are NON ESSENTIAL macro nutrients. Liver can create glucose from fat and protein through GLUCONEOGENESIS.
