Great video, I noticed those insight changes in side effect as well. Thank you for the informative insight and in of well being and that as testing. I noticed suddenly difference in change also more hour later after having finished it progresses through the day and with asulfumate potassium, the lasting effects are more noticable. I know it impacts my Brain is chemistry change, because my hea feels it and my body telling me before that is breaking processing or sucked in me, because is preventing from making myself aware of outside things. More aware of my inside change and symptoms which is not no one wants. Like stressing stressing out the cells or dying or body changes and dehydration with no oxygen for cells
I have drank 1 almost every day for years and never had any issues at all, if i miss a day or even a couple, no issues at all. I drink mine pretty slow over an hour or 2.
I drink on average like 2.5 Monster a day, for last 10 years. No health issues but one. My teeth. Lately I have been getting sick of them, I open one a day and dont finish it. I did not drink them because of energy, just really really liked taste of original one.
My brother, Dad and I have been drinking energy drinks for a couple years and interestingly haven't had an adverse effect from them. We usually have a black coffee with no sugar or milk in the mornings and pre workout everyday before workouts for over a decade now so that might have built a tolerance from the caffeine over the years. That being said I do personally believe it's the taste I like, Favorites being the Yellow "The Doctor" Monster or Sugar free Redbulls. The arguments of weather or not they're healthy is always 2 sided, I can obviously tell you water is better than an Energy drink but I've often had people tell me not to drink energy drinks at the store while they have 3 2l Cokes in their shopping cart while guzzling down incredibly unhealthy Starbucks drinks as if it's their daily water intake. I usually drink about 3.5-4L of water a day and get regular health check ups (Including Kidney health) and We're still healthy. I don't personally believe from years of drinking them that it's the nectar of the Devil himself that some people might portray it to be but like everything, Moderation is key.
Yeah for sure. Foods and drinks affect people differently. I even knew people who smoke for years and was able to live past 90 with no ill effects. So definitely relative to the person. For me, that's what energy drinks did to me.
it's not that bad. just a bunch of simple sugar/carbs. i need to eat about 600g of carbs a day, so this might even be a good fuel (aside from the caffeine)
"I am not addicted" - buys 40 Energy drinks xD
I'm not addicted!
never done drugs but that amount of monster is drugs
I have done drugs and all the feelings you described either reminded me of being on drugs or withdrawal 😂

That’s a ton of sugar every day. How’s your weight and blood sugar usually?

xD most of the time i drink the non calorie versions so no simple sugars for me lol
Drink the sugared version on one of your bike rides. It's a good fuel!
nooo sushi you were the chosen one, toss them away. Those things are poison. You should try matcha actually, although it ism ore of an acquired taste.
Its okay! Its for science!
Good video. IMO, it tastes so bad that I could not finish even 1 of these POS.
LOL
