What a great and insightful video! I heard about your brewery in a craft beer professional group when you were looking for a director of brewing. After watching this video I'm even more excited to see the different locations and Nashville in general. Hopefully, that will happen soon! All the best from Nürnberg, Germany and keep up the awesome work!
Amazing to finally find something on this!! This is exactly the thing I aspire to except for wine and specifically meads instead of beer but sounds very close
As an entrepreneur and a soon-to-be college graduate, my goal is to open a craft brewery like this. I love the vibe & I think it would be so exciting to build the brand. This series is dope and one of a kind !
This was a really great video, I liked how the intro seemed like it was going to be all a big rant about the beer industry but turned into something really positive and exciting! Will definitely visit next time in TN ;-)
Visited the east location back in November, my wife and I did the trolly tour, and we both agreed that your beer was by far some of the best we had that weekend. In fact probably some of the best beer so far. Keep up the great work and hope to see your product up here in Wisconsin soon!
I am in Zambia. I run a bar and we face everyday struggles with shortages of beer everyday since we depend on one brewery which is a monopoly in the region. I have been looking into ways to abate yhis by bringing other breweries on the scene. I would like to start one but as much as I have access to financing, I lack the know how. Anyone from anywhere who has the expertise can come on board.
Banji! ( probably didn’t spell that right!) I am in Texas and have a gluten intolerance and am starting what could potentially be the first gluten free brewery in our state. I’ve looked to Africa for inspiration as so many African countries have been brewing with sorghum and millet for centuries!
These venues look really neat and modern, I wish I could open at least a small one! But such quality and equipment cost a fortune, and this is the major blocker to start a business - how to get the capital money?
I just received my first brewery kit tonight. I’m really green at this industry but my girlfriend and I are dreaming of starting a brewery together. I currently work in sales at a logistics company in Minneapolis. I have the business and logistics background but I’m watching as many videos as I can to learn. Can’t wait to get started. Thanks for your video!
I support small businesses that brew in there local communities that the passion I want to see in people some of these other people have tons of money but they don’t care about their customers or the community and those are the people I can’t stand .
As someone whos in transition from an assistant brewer to the head brewer hearing, "The business of Craft beer f***ng sucks, BUT God help me, I love it." resonates deeply
I have been working in the brewing sector ever since I graduated from Campus..would like to explore other places in the world and perhaps even work with you guys(if an opportunity comes up). I just love the brewing science and the craft 🍻 Good work guys.
CRAPHT beer. Here in the states you can't buy quality European beers anymore when you go to a pub. Just local shit from some small company with a nice label for their bottle. For the most part, it's mostly SHIT and what these small scale brewers end up realizing is that you have more consistency and BETTER quality when you make larger quantities. I'll take the brewers that have perfected their art over hundreds of years.

My favorite thing I’ve watched on UA-cam in a WHILE! Can’t wait for more. Cheers!
Aspiring brewery owner here. This video was 100% useful and can't wait for more of this! Thank you so much!
That's because most craft beer sucks. A truckload of hops in every can is not good beer.

I'm hooked dude. Your honesty not only on the business being shit but also on absolutely loving it was refreshing. Saved this for later watching.
Just drinking a can of your peanut butter milk stout here in the UK 👍

Most of the giants started small. Would you have passed them by because they hadn't "made it" yet?
Took one minute and fourty seconds to get sick of the rap music.
going ban fucked
It does fucking suck! Luckily I'm just head of production so live my boss' pain vicariously, the poor bastard.
