Bro, when kimiko started talking, and the voice says “the ship belongs to you” I got fucking shivers. It’s like Cameron and manager lady are reassuring her to go forth. Such a great conclusion to a EP that felt like a movie.
I always wondered why it didn't seem like the orchestra was actually playing this song, and if they were why you basically couldn't hear them except for in a few parts. Now I'm realizing that it may be a different song that's in the movie that he's making. Also, I didn't even realize they literally told us that this was coming this spring at the end of the video....
He's in a load of trouble trying to make another album without Nisemono. She needs to return. His singing got the job done here but even his manager knows that they need Nisemono take the material to its greatest heights.
Here's some neat trivia: This music video teased SHINBANGUMI. At 4:33, Manager said that Meet you in the Galaxy's first season would start airing in the spring of next year (2024) and would run for 6 months. No Problems released in late May, and the "End of SHINBANGUMI" film released in early December, roughly 6 months. You could say that we witnessed a TV Show air in real time.
Two things : - I'm delighted by so many easter eggs hidden in the japanese names throughout the animation - I'm hyper HYPED for a sequel to Nisemono !!
I first found Ginger Root through Loretta's Music Video and have been a fan since. It's cool to see the journey from editing himself to play all the instrument to having a full-blown, dedicated orchestra. Please continue doing what you enjoy and do best :)
It's clear that a lot of love and care went into these music videos and it was amazing watching all of them and being a part of the community while they released, thank you David, Dylan, Matt, Cameron, and everyone who helped make it all happen, can't wait to see more from you guys.
This album is in my daily playlist. Every time I hear it, it makes my mood that much better. Every second is upbeat audio magic. It's great to see a music video to it. The concept is great, and the animation is great. I look forward to everything this man continues to put out.

My face hurts so much every time I come back and watch this. On its own, "Loneliness" still elicits the strongest emotional response from me. The videos leading up to it obviously enhance the meaning and the emotional effect, but it would also be pretty emotional to experience a la carte. This one is more adventurous. It's a wonderful song and video on its own, but if you follow the full Nisemono arc... it's just so explosive. Layers and layers. It turns the literal events of the rest of this series into a more of a flow of realities smearing into each other. Like those dreams where you're you, and someone else is one of your friends, but then later you're them and your friend is a building, and the building is your home but later your home is in a different country. But unlike those kinds of dreams, this series makes sense and has a discernible direction and meaning. And I don't think someone can just make up something like this. This is deeply personal. It really shows. It's so sincere and vulnerable.
Cameron, i feel like i'm gonna cry every time you post something. It's all so absolutely amazing. You are one of the most incredible people, congratulations to everyone who worked on this because IT'S GORGEOUS!

That whole Nisemono storyline was amazing, the analog 80's style, the heartfelt story with all super loveable characters and the musical style of story with music segments between(Music I really enjoy too). Mixing so much of things I love so much but didn't expect something to put them together, it was like a short movie and I loved it! And not to mention the great comedy moments and lively snappy upbeat style at times Excited to see what happens next!
It's my favorite song from "NISEMONO".The animation and the idea of conducting an orchestra are wonderful!I was moved by the feeling of nostalgia.Cameron, you're such a genius.I can't wait for the next project!

dude, i nearly cried when the loneliness motif came in. wow. this had everything, even references on the bass to other songs, and probably many more i missed. this really feels like the culmination of the whole album. anyways, it was really disorientating looking and the band playing and not hearing them LOL
Ever since I listened to this for the 1st time a few months ago (just listened to it through UA-cam music every now and then), I always thought this was a very old song that aged well, and that Ginger Root was an old famous japanese music group. I just finally looked it up now and realized that I didn't get anything right. It's not japanese and it's also not an old song this is insane
I absolutely love the music and the videos, the asthetics, vibes and just chills I get from watching them is awesome, thank you for them and hope the music continues to come!
