This mission would have been otherwise fine if not for the goddamn blue reinforcement lady that ran across the whole wide map to shoot down all of my lancers in one single turn.
Holy flip was she a problem she was the sole reason why I had to stop playing the game for a while because gosh dang it I was banging my head against the wall with an unstoppable monster of a woman
This mission is such a difficulty spike. Everything thus far has been a cakewalk by comparison. And even still this strategy involves so much luck to NOT get torn up by the machine guns or tracked down by Selvaria, not to mention just hitting some of the shots can really show how much RNG plays into this game..
yep I'm on the last radiator and probably going to have to start over. Blue lance bitch just killed my largo, so she is facing where I need my scout to run. She just keeps 1 shotting me as she's already facing that direction. It's pure chance anyways.
While extremely risky, I think mounting the Batomys and tossing grenades into the radiator is probably the most consistent way to beat this mission. Funny how your general doesn't mention that the radiators can be destroyed that way. Makes me wonder whether the mortar on your tank could be used to do the same thing from a distance. Thanks game, for letting me spend hours thinking that I had to use my lancers to destroy the radiators despite the fact that they couldn't hit the broad side of a barn. SALT. SO MUCH SALT.
badams2190 they said "climb It with ground troops" not "toss a grenade in" and I didn't notice the openings on the tops of the radiators so I didn't think to toss grenades in either, I assumed by ground troops she meant the lancers. Edit: If you're feeling iffy about this plan, use my modification, replace the scouts with shock troopers, the ST's will be more likely to make it through, just be sure to have them in positions that account for their reduced AP.
Genetics80 Does the game need to spoonfeed you every possible strategy? When I played this, the first thing I thought when I saw this was, "hey, I could probably throw grenades there to help out my lancers" Games tend to be much easier if you think for yourself sometimes.
Agent2090 I mean I didn't realize you could do that either until I had already beaten the mission. No need to hate on the guy. It was an honest mistake. I'm not saying the game should've been all "HAY PUT GRENADE IN HERE," but I'm pretty confident the designers wanted the "easy" method to not be recognized by everyone, especially since the radiators can be destroyed without the use of grenades.
I know this is an old comment but do NOT move yur tank near Batomys. It actually glitches the Tanks AI and makes it people much unable to properly function.
Victor Reis edgy, Victor. But it's worth noting the difference between actual difficulty and artificial difficulty, because this is certainly the latter (especially accounting for RNG). This isn't difficult; it's poorly designed. But clearly you don't care because you only came here to be derisive.
The only thing that really gets me fucked up is that the bitch is invincible. It's a poorly balanced level. The first half is too easy and the second half is too hard
This mission can go to facking hell, even with your strategy took several reloads due to the random nature of the AI, not to mention that when balloon tits shows up everything goes south real fast...ugh this fight took some of the joy out of an otherwise incredible game, thanks for this video.
Are they like buffed AI in PC version? Because I cant do shit like that, when I run under the turret/away from it, I just get shot and die. And there like a lot of them group up around Batomys on last radiator, and i get shot and die even before get to the tank. Fuck this mission.
I can deal with RNG fucking up my accuracy I can deal with the enemy getting max CP But Selveria is so bullshit that she's the ONLY reason why I can't beat this.
+RunsWithKniefs I know this is an old comment but just place your tank in between her and a engineer. The tank takes little to no damage from her attacks and when the prince attacks just have your engineer fix the tank up + spam attack the princes tank. Thats what I did. Took a while and Ted died but makes the game feel more real.
I eventually learned that strat, but I had to retry over and over because of enemy lancer/batomys miracle shots that miss the tank and hit my engie. I had derp grenade throws on the last radiator sometimes as the game's final laugh. I redid this mission so much that I now have my own fullproof A rank strategy. (I discovered you can save during missions AFTER I spend 8 hours on this mission Q.Q)
RunsWithKniefs Glad to hear it. It just shows that the game devs knew what they where doing. And if we as the player know what we are doing we would have a much better time xD
Really I spent mad hour shooting that radiator with my tank and lancers! Only to find out that u can throw one grenade in it! I'm pissed but thanks for the video.
Just got the remaster on PS4. I followed this guide almost perfectly and beat it with only Alicia going down. Thank you so much, you saved me a big headache!
After reading online about this mission after beating it, I feel awesome having beat it on my first try. It was incredibly tough because I had no idea you could destroy the turrets on the tank (I used a lance, I thought it hit but it actually hit the edge, it took no damage so I gave up). I ended up using the Edelweiss to block the turret shots for my lancers to climb aboard (I also didn't know you can lob a grenade to one-shot those radiators and I only brought two lancers). I ended up losing one lancer permanently to Selvaria who completely surprised me. When Selvaria reached the tank, I had to position the Edelweiss to hopefully block her and the tank turrets. My last lancer needed one more shot to take out the last radiator but the radiator was also in range of Selvaria. He was literally one hit from death before the last radiator went out.
OMG this is awesome :D - The sniper was ... TTvTT no words to describe. Before that I normally have 2 shocktroopers at the bottom end of the ramp and a scout to take the sniper out. The scout will run into the 2 shocks and die. And if the sniper dies too, the enemy's 2 shocks would also run straight into your shocks then die. It works too but your troops take a lot of dmg for that. - About the grenade: Idk why but it didn't work when i do that. Probably it was a bug and they just fixed it. (I'm not sure, I just tried with the grenades like 5 times. Probably it's just my stormtrooper lvl of aim) - About the tank: This is my biggest issue with this mission. I was once one-shot down when I did not move the tank away so I moved the tank along the the side of the Batomys ever since then. But it turns out that leaving the tank there works better :D
Thanks a lot dude. It was realy fun to try out this tactic. Worked within the first try, every thing was runung just the same way as in your video even on the PC version of this game.
Thanks man :D You really saved my day making this video ;) I kept retreating the units I didn't use in order for them not to die, but this little video worked like a charm, and I can now return to the story after 6 months "cold-turkey" from Valkyria Chronicles, due to this ridiculous mission :D
Thanks dude, I worked with your workaround on PC and managed it almost the same as you, only that I destroyed all Turrets before and it perfectly worked :) Well done!
Thanks so much for this, you're a lifesaver! By the way, on the final turn when you were pelting down the tank with Edelweiss, I had just enough CP to fire an extra shot at the red enemy ace to get the weapon reward. I saved right before that shot because the ace ducks a lot, but finally got him and the tank in the same turn! Thanks again!
Well this totally blew my mind... I was having so much difficulty with this, it wasn't even funny until you finished it within nine turns. I'll try this out, thank you so much
Thanks for the guide. I think there aren't really any problems playing it on the com (at least for me). The only issue i had was in Turn 9 when my scout had to run across onto the Batomys but kept getting killed by Selveria. I waited out for the Batomys to move closer then ran for it, and it worked! Thanks soooo much!
I did not realize you could throw grenades into the heatsinks. I was just using lancers with engineers for reloading. But Ms.Anime Mcgiantsword killed me just about every time. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Just bought this game for the PC and I got my arse handed to me on this level even with all my guys at lvl 11. That chick with the blue lance and shield just came in and went nutz on everyone. Never would have thought about climbing the ladder or saving CP like that. Good job man. Gonna mimic this and see if anyone survives, and if playing those skirmishes over and over to get them to lvl 11 makes a difference.
after a few tries, I've found that the easiest way to do this mission on pc is to use your tank as shield. For the first radiator, take out the one on the right first then the centre one, then the one on the left the last. Upon destroying the second one, you should have gathered your units behind your tank. I leave one engineer and 2,3 lancers. If you just keep your tank right behind Batomys, 500 damage to your tank per turn is the only damage you would take. Make sure you keep your engineer behind (beside, to be more precise) the tank and use it to heal your tank now and then. You always need your units near your tank so that Selveria bitch cant take down them. I've found out Selveria cannot damage the tank and it will not go behind your tank to hunt your soldiers. She just follows Batomys all along. Make sure you kill all of their lancers, tho. They will have two lancers in total, one from the beginning and another from reinforcements. If you successfully kill those two lancers, batomys' cannons are the only things that can damage your tank. If you can keep your tank right behind Batomys, 500 damage per turn, which can be healed by engineer, is the only damage to the tank. If you can keep 2,3 lancers alive near your tank with an engineer, the rest is pretty easy. And I didn't use grenades to take the radiators down. You just have to use your lancer to get the ruins block the way. (You shoot down the ruins that do not have hp) Batomys will shoot the big cannon to destroy the ruins blocking the way, but every time it uses the big cannon, radiators have to come out. There are three ruins you can take down and there is one already on the ground, so you will basically have 4 chances to get 3 radiators down. Trust me, using these ruins is a lot easier than using grenades on top of Batomys. I didn't use any snipers or scouts. I used two stormtroopers, one engineer, and all lancers. Maybe two many lancers, but I wouldn't use snipers on this map. Oh, and you should have got all 6 cannon guns by the third turn. It takes one tank shot+lancer shot to take one down so taking accuracy and all other shits into account, you can take average of 2 cannons per turn . I'm not sure if it's the same as for other people but in the beginning, an enemy sniper would try to take one of your bases. Just let him take it. If they have that base, they will use extra CP on stupid things around that camp like reinforcements or moving around in circle. This doesn't leave Selveria with max CP's.
Juno s You can grenade closed radiators? I was using grenades on them once to exposed to save on lancer ammo and CP, takes em out in 1 hit. Is it the same if they are closed?
elitper994 when they are closed i don't think they can be damaged. But as I said, I did not use grenades to damage the radiators. If you blow the ruins with lancers or with your tank and make them block Batomys' way, every time Batomys shoots the ruins, the radiators are exposed. Once they are exposed, you can just use lancers to take them down.
Omg thanks for the video. I just failed this mission. God it gets so much harder when Servaria comes in and just slaughters whatever unit you have that isn't protected. I'm going to try your way, thanks a lot!
the grenade in radiator is good to know , I actually tried that but for some reason it did no damage or missed so I assumed it didn't work and never tried it again.
My issue with this is when I need to run Aika down to the last radiator Selvaria shoots her down just as the tank is about to cover her. I followed this video to the letter and I'm playing in 30fps but in my game she ends up just ahead of the tank instead of just behind it here and it makes all the difference.
trick works like a charm. One note i would like to add.....Save/Load is your best friend in this mission. This strat works but its dependent on the sniper getting three kills. Also you can move largo behind a wall so he doesnt get killed. also you don't need demo boost. If you have attack boost..use it on the edelweiss. If you have full CP by 9. The edelweiss should have no problem taking it out. great strat and saved me a headache mate.
Thanks a lot!!! I did it today and now I can continue with the game. It makes me laugh that your video is 9 years old and im watching it jajaja this game is ollddddd :)
I remember seeing ads or this game when it first came out when I was in middle-school. Hard to imagine that the PS3 came out well over 10 years ago at this point, younger gamers consider it vintage tech now...
wow, you steam rolled those imps! good to know i wasn't the only person having problems with this mission. took me 6 tries... not to mention i didn't realize until later on that you can save anywhere you want in the mission and restart from that point should you die (latest update of ps3 version). yes, this battle was not designed very well and was frustrating beyond belief until you know exactly what to do. i am happy that i figured it out on my own but there is no harm is looking for help when you need it.
(cont) 5. Order retreat on any soldiers who won't make it to the south side in time/done their job. 6. Have a scout kill the lancer from Selvaria's backup unit. 7. Let the Edelweiss kill the rest of the troops. 8. Once the last radiator opens after the turret shoots for the third time, have a scout destroy it. He/she will get hurt by Selvaria a bit, but should make it. 9. Have the Edelweiss finish the Batomys. Btw, I meant to say in step 2, have the tank shoot the turrets on the SIDES once.
I couldn't make it the first time. Last night I did it. It was soooo different. My units are level 4, I had 4 lancers, an engineer and 3 shocktroopers for this mission. I took out all of the turrets with the lancers, they also destroyed the radiators and finally took out the tank with the help of my engineer. It was just a C Rank. I'm obviously underestimating the power of some units.... Very well played, so efficient.
Finally beat this, after seeing your strategy used still took me 3 times to beat. Some suggestions for anyone still having trouble after seeing this. 1-When rushing the tank with scouts use defense boost orders first, i had a big problem with the guns killing them before they got there! 2-It can be done with only damage boost, and still only using your tank!
I just beat this on the 3rd try with 0 casualties :D I couldn't pay attention to this video long enough to see the strategy between all the fast forwards haha, but I just swapped all my lancers to scouts to pick eachother up after the obstructions were all knocked down. Keep everyone southwest-ish behind ruin walls. Let my edelweiz spend all the CP smashing that stupid giant tank! Glad that's over with!
I love this mission. It was the first one when I didn't have an overwhelming advantage against the enemy (in fact, it was the other way around the moment Selveria shows up), and had to actually plan my strategy. Lots of casualties (cannon fodder so Selveria wouldn't attack the Edelweiss), lots of rescues, and Largo and Jann getting back to the battlefield as big damn heroes on the last turn. Really fun, but holy shit that Selveria bastard.
Thank you very much good sir. You saved me from breaking my PS3 controller. :D lol The battle was definitely one of the hardest pieces of gaming ever created.
@mystvearn He has the levels listed above. He didn't fire 3 times in a row, it fired 3 times over the course of single turns. Demolition Order is something given when Lancers reach level 8. Also @TJazZ1337, you'll save yourself a lot of grief by using bits of the turns that you could regenerate to take down the turrets. Alicia wouldn't have died otherwise, but I guess it's a moot point. brilliant strategy.
I just beat this level for the first time. I wouldn't have thought of using the platform for sniping the guys on the cliff -- but I guess I got kind of lucky. I sniped one of them from the southern starting position, and then moved a shocktrooper up the cliff and a bit to the south to that trench. The next round they pretty much all slowly moved towards him and he just mowed them down one after the other. :P
If you're still thinking about doing a Speed Run of this, I have something to say. It will be very luck based, to do it in the best time possible you need potentials activating at the right times, the right orders to be give from the old man, and the right units to be available right from the start. And save scumming probably won't be an option as no one wants to watch 5 million segments.
3- My Sniper stayed alive long enough to pick off the second platoon that arrives including the one ace, might help if they start picking off any stragglers. 4- I brought an extra one on both the top and bottom during deployment. Didnt need it when i finally won, but still had them. I hope this helps
Beat this stage using your video and adding you can kill the ace with a sniper plus defeat the Super Tank at the end! To do it save before the movement of Sniper and the shot to 1 shot the Ace! Last note about my added method to your video: My Units were all Level 20 maxed if that helps!
Idea worked almosy exactly as you showed it, however I didnt wanna run the risk of downed units so I managed to keep the ones who get downed out of the way and breathing by the end, also I didnt have demolition order so I panicked through simple attack orders.
this mission on ps3 and on psp mission with commander dude is what killed my joy (never completed psp version in the end) might try ps3 version after seeing this video.
I revived seven guys that day, all that lance bitch. Fucking came out of nowhere. She still haunts , all these years later. All those men, their screams.....my god...
I honestly didn't find this fight that hard. Now, it did take me roughly 2 and a half hours of trying different squads and tactics, but I probably take 2 minutes per CP use too because I'm thinking so damn hard about the consequences of every missed shot
I ALWAYS ASSUMED IF YOU CLIMED THE LADDERS WHEN THE GUNS WERE STILL UP, THE TANK WOULD JUST INSTA-MOW YOU DOWN Ugh this fucking mission was a nightmare.
I've no idea why people think this is a hard mission. I found it to be quite easy. 1. Have a trooper kill the troops on the hill (scout and lancer can be both killed with one turn). 2. Have the tank shoot every turret once, and let the lancers finish them off. 3. Toss grenade inside the radiators on the back and left side for one hit kill. 4. Make sure everyone's hidden behind the walls on the bottom of the map once they've done their jobs to keep them safe from Selvaria.....
I can get to Turn 9 without much trouble, but every time I attempt getting onto the tank with the scout Selvaria just kills them since she always positions herself in-front of the Batomys. If anyone knows what I'm doing wrong here or if its just random, I'd like to know. (Maybe I should place useless units around for bait?)
You could just destroy the left radiator first so the tank itself would shield you from the blue bitch. The strategy in this vid is also kind of half-stupid as he could have used all the wasted CP in the first few rounds to at least take out the guns.
Your strat is pretty solid but I would suggest putting Def boost order on Alicia so she won't die that turn and can run behind the Edelweiss. Also you could've used your initial sniper on Turn 7 to run closer and kill an Ace
@hanwenjie1412 no, you cannot harm the tank without destroying those radiators. But you can go for training in the skirmishes, number 3 can be done in 3 rounds to get like 14000 xp so you can easily get your lancers on 8 (to get demolition boost
The Valkyrie cant penetrate Elderwiss's rear armor so I use the tank to block her way down and cover my troops while they destroy the Radiator. The mission is so fukin easy, just keep Elderwiss on the right side of the Batomys, keep your units hidden behind the Elderwiss until you took out all the machine guns on one of the rear side, the one on the front and the one on the back. Once you take out all the reactor, Elderwiss can easily take on the Batomys in 2 full action turn. Piece of cake, I couldnt understand why people hate this mission. Oh yeah, I admit I was a lil bit lucky when I clear this one, my kawaii engineer killed all the reignforced footmen and saved all my anti-tank units from being massacred. She fallen in action by Sylvaria and she was the only one down.
I hate this mission cos its hard not because enemy use some clever stratage but because there are NO INFORMATION at all what to do. Especially I like how Batomys ONESHOT Elderwiss for my third try. That was the dealbraker for me and I actually dicided to sell game after that, cos I dont like CHEAP moves in games. When you die cos u was bad or not paying attention and so on - its ok, but when you lose just because it is game disign - that sucks hardly.
I have tried. My scouts just get annihilated by the machine guns. So i tried shock troopers. Similar issue or whats her face kills them all. Also i can't get the enemy tank to move every turn. He'll literally just sit for 3 turns before moving.
I didn't really find this level very difficult. I thought I was going to lose a few times, but I never actually had to start over, which would have sucked, seeing as how I didn't know you could save in-level back then. The fight against Selvaria and the Marmosa were horribly difficult, however.
I think this mission took me two tries. Was close to losing on the second try becuase I didn't know the enemy reinforcement commander (the white haired girl) could took out so many of my units so fast. had 3 lancers at the time so I was in a comfortable position to take the tank out. But yeah pretty much she killed all but one lancer luckily. It was really just down to she and the tank. My snipers (main unit) took out all other soldiers :D
ahhh grenades. i was using lancers and that took me like 3 shots each. not only that, but i went through the effort of actually destroying the guns on the sides, but apparently thats not necessary.
God this mission is cancer..
this is the mission that fucked up my mood on the game, thanks uploader...
This mission would have been otherwise fine if not for the goddamn blue reinforcement lady that ran across the whole wide map to shoot down all of my lancers in one single turn.

Woah. This guy is saltier than I am!
Take a breath. Hug me. Everything's gonna be all right.

Fuck this mission. It has basically ruined the game for me. I was enjoying it, too, but this mission is horse shit.
The released a remaster edition for the PS4 and still didn't take this fucking trash mission out.
I loved the game up until this mission
So you can't deal with a little difficulty? Those "gamers" nowdays are a bunch of spoiled children.
Victor Reis edgy, Victor. But it's worth noting the difference between actual difficulty and artificial difficulty, because this is certainly the latter (especially accounting for RNG). This isn't difficult; it's poorly designed. But clearly you don't care because you only came here to be derisive.

I never realized you could throw grenades in theradiators, I just shot them with my lancers and made a shocktrooper pile at the final camp.
LOL, I never realized you could use the lancers for that, nice blue looking thing first thing I thought of is to thrown in a grenade.

I was having trouble with this map. Watched your video and aced it first try. You got yourself a new subscriber - thanks!
Got this game on PS4 not to long ago. This freaking mission had me tearing my hair out until I found this video. Thanks man really helpful.
i feel so stupid now... 4 lancer shots vs 1 scout grenade throw OMG -_-'

GateauBaker Fucking Largo missed the turrets like 4 out of 5 times for me. Standing taking plink dmg from them and he can't even hit the damn things.
Yeah mate!! I owe you one. That plan just worked perfectly at first try. Thank you very much, this combat is hard as hell.
holy balls you can get on the tank? goddamn
Brilliant idea! 👏👏👏
Thank you so much, was only looking for a way to do this level and manage to get a A rank thanks to you. Thank you so much I really own you one.
OMG this is awesome :D

Thank you kind sir for this strategy! I used a few more lancers and took out most of the machine guns, but this was definitely the way to go.
Does anybody think that the victory music is so satisfying to hear after so much effort put into a mission cuz I think It's satisfying af
Did this exactly on PS4 Remastered edition, and it worked exactly as in the video. Thank you... *hugs*
Thanks a lot dude. It was realy fun to try out this tactic.

Thanks for the guide! No telling how long it would have taken for me to figure this stuff out on my own.
I used an "Attack Boost" order on the Edelweiss and it still managed to get it done within the 9th turn of your tutorial =) Brilliant btw
Thanks dude, I worked with your workaround on PC and managed it almost the same as you, only that I destroyed all Turrets before and it perfectly worked :)
Well done!

Well my tank gets 1 shot from the Boss tank then it's destroyed
Thanks for the guide. I think there aren't really any problems playing it on the com (at least for me). The only issue i had was in Turn 9 when my scout had to run across onto the Batomys but kept getting killed by Selveria. I waited out for the Batomys to move closer then ran for it, and it worked! Thanks soooo much!
Damn that was hard, I never would have beaten it without this video.
Gonna mimic this and see if anyone survives, and if playing those skirmishes over and over to get them to lvl 11 makes a difference.
they tell you in the mission you have to climb the ladders with ground troops.
after a few tries, I've found that the easiest way to do this mission on pc is to use your tank as shield.
Once they are exposed, you can just use lancers to take them down.
making that sniper crawl on the tank and take them all out was genius Thanks for the tip ^^
I'm playing on PC and have same problem, Selvaria stands in front of the tank and wont allow scout to reach the last radiator
trick works like a charm.
Haha I did this first try! It was a miracle, and I was one turn away from having my main base mashed!
….. thank. you. so. freaking. much. omg…. I didn't listen to the instructions properly. I didn't know there were LADDERS on that tank @.@
wow, you steam rolled those imps! good to know i wasn't the only person having problems with this mission. took me 6 tries... not to mention i didn't realize until later on that you can save anywhere you want in the mission and restart from that point should you die (latest update of ps3 version). yes, this battle was not designed very well and was frustrating beyond belief until you know exactly what to do. i am happy that i figured it out on my own but there is no harm is looking for help when you need it.
thankyou thankyou you don't know how long it took to complete this mission with out casulties you guide just helped do just that
Thank you so much I died at least 20 times on this god forsaken mission
R.I.P Wade.
He were the only casualty on my side.
gamer33XD war... war never changes.
I lost Claudia, ..she sacrificed herself to repair my tank, she won it for us! 😣7
Nice. Didn't know you could throw grenades into the radiators.
Really fun, but holy shit that Selveria bastard.
thank you, o my god, 4 hours of attempts and i was hopeless.
wtf? I did that thing with the grenade, that first thing you did, and nothing happened, even though it went inside. fuck this mission, seriously XD
Thank you very much good sir. You saved me from breaking my PS3 controller. :D lol
The battle was definitely one of the hardest pieces of gaming ever created.
By making this video, you probably saved me like 40 hours of my life. Thank you.
My scout death when tried to destroy the 3rd generator... T__T... at the end, que fucking tank destroyed my tank... fuck... ToT
thank you a lot, lot of trys this mission for done. 1000 años me veia en esta mision me hiba a tirar xD
Sweet bro worked first time through your a genius
Thanks for the guide was stuck on this mission
Thanks for the video! I didn't do it exactly your way but you helped me out A LOT!!!! :)
Best chapter 7 guide but I did it with the same number of shots without Demolition order
Wow, thanks, this video really helped.
If there's one thing I've learned from Valkyria Chronicles, it's that I would make a *terrible* general. xD
Thank you so much, you might have saved my ps3 from falling out of the window
I ALWAYS ASSUMED IF YOU CLIMED THE LADDERS WHEN THE GUNS WERE STILL UP, THE TANK WOULD JUST INSTA-MOW YOU DOWN
Ugh this fucking mission was a nightmare.
I never knew you could destroy them with grenades in one turn... Knowing this makes it a whole lot easier
Thank you very much. Very helpful and to the point!
absolute best video. why? because he fast forwards the crap. thx for that
I've no idea why people think this is a hard mission.
I remember my 1st play through of this chapter. Took me forever to figure out a tactic to win.
Glad to know I'm not the only who wants to punch walls playing this mission.
Apparently a lot of people had trouble with this mission. Just hide an engineer behind your tank and it might take a while but you will survive.
This was amazingly helpful -- thank you!
@hanwenjie1412 no, you cannot harm the tank without destroying those radiators. But you can go for training in the skirmishes, number 3 can be done in 3 rounds to get like 14000 xp so you can easily get your lancers on 8 (to get demolition boost
damnit.. what if you dont have the demolition command at the end?.. so frustrated.
You are the master of blitzkrieg, thanks for saving my sanity.
this mission is such fucking bullshit, it's really ruining the game for me, it's not even fun anymore.
Ugh yeah I've probably reloaded my save at least a dozen times, no joke O.o
TIP, Scout grenades destroy the blue generators in 1 hit.
Um... you can find that out by watching this video.
but in your second run it gets kinda easy ~ this mission is just a rookie crusher
+1 to "rookie crusher" - you couldn't describe it any better! After finally beating it I guess looking back it wasn't so bad.
Thank you for this game saving video! :)
My snipers (main unit) took out all other soldiers :D
ahhh grenades. i was using lancers and that took me like 3 shots each. not only that, but i went through the effort of actually destroying the guns on the sides, but apparently thats not necessary.
thanks a lot for this video man
