I tried to do the stepping and running in my seat but my thighs are so weak , at least I tried tiptoe while moving my arms . Will that work? Love your videos. Thank you
That will absolutely work. I create gentle, beginner and intermediate level workouts so if you find this to be too fast, you can try the beginner level. As you continue to do the workouts, you'll continue to get stronger. I categorize them on YT in the playlists and also on my website at www.improvedhealthforseniors.com. I hope that helps you to find the ones that suit your fitness level best.

Great seated workout, Thank you! Don't ever under estimate the benefit and value of your seated workouts - as someone who does some form of exercise 5 to 6 times a week, but has to manage knee arthritis and currently, a bakers cyst, your intermediate seated are great for those days when I don't want to do a lot of standing but also want to exercise. That was fabulous! Thank you. Just what I needed. Just getting over a chest infection with asthma problems that needed steroids & antibiotics. Did workout without the need for an inhaler. Good for the co-ordination or not in places, 😂. My legs feel like they’ve had a real workout.

I would have never guessed I would've needed your chair workouts, but here I am! Lol! I twisted my ankle at an outdoor wedding reception this past weekend. Crutches for 2 weeks! After doing your other workouts 5-6 days a week, I really missed working out! This was my first one back into fitness! Thank you for a chair workout that gets your heart pumping!

Jules, do you have any seated workouts that are arms only. My 30 year old daughter has to have surgery on her achilleas tendon and will be wheel chair and then crutch bound for almost two months. She likes to workout and is conceened for her health not being to exercise for so long.
Hi Donna, I don't, but I might suggest for her just to do the arm movements in the seated workouts (avoid the leg movements). I'll have to give some thought to an arms only workout.
