- Everybody wants a gaming laptop. But says nobody ever: I want a laptop thicc like John Cena and weighs like a hippopotamus so I can lug it around to get some gains.
The only gain a gamer cares about is FPS.
You know what? Today, we're going to review this tiny little gaming laptop - Asus ROG Flow X13 that floats like a butterfly. but punch like the Rock.

Oh yea, to sock it to the blue team, this is also the only AMD laptop in the world that can plug into an eGPU like this RTX 3080 mobile without Thunderbolt 3.

I've used this laptop for 3 months and this laptop exceed beyond my expectations..
the only drawback is ASUS only released 3070 separate XG Mobile version in my country and it's so damn fvcking expensive..

I want to ask if u use external rtx 3080 would it make the laptop's heat decreased while in gaming? I played game and the heat is very hot in this laptop.. i use it with type ryzen 9 and rtx 3050 without the external gpu... should i buy the external gpu?

Hey, how do you think this stacks up against something like an XPS 13 for productivity, especially if I get the 4k panel version? The variant i have in my country is the similarly specd as the supernova edition but has a 5900HS instead of a 5980HS

Would like to know your view on the comparison of this laptop to the Macbook Air M1/M2 chips.
Hm... They are vey different machines ans serve very different purposes. If you game, get this. If you don't, get the macbook air.
Also, if you want more GPU power for something like Davinci Resolve, this is better because of the external GPU.
4:27 - On paper I agree, but in practice I disagree. The thing is the 120hz models do not have v-sync. The 60hz does. The 3050ti doesn't have the power to drive many games at 1080p over 60fps. One might be better running the higher res screen set to a lower res in game and take advantage of no tearing. All display options are pretty ghosty. If you're rich and have the XG Mobile 3080, then you probably have an external display anyways.

Oh to clarify - USA now can get the 3050ti model, no extra mouse, no sleeve, no pen, no special edition, but cardboard stand included lol.
4k in 13" screen makes no sense. Wasting lot of power and performance for 4k

This one is specifically for this laptop. If you use an intel laptop with Thunderbolt, technically, you should be able to use amy Thunderbolt external GPU.

@@championsofodin9868 No, it has no thunderbolt. This interface is better, getting more out of the GPU, but the downside is that you cannot use any other eGPU. If you want to upgrade it has to be to another dock from Asus if they release that.
