Imagine if this had a closed server where you could join and play in a closed community, online, where mods and devs actually care about banning cheaters. This would literally classify as the only ACTUAL EFT killer.
There is a coop mod for the SPT mod. super easy to set up and works with most of the mods made for SPT. its called Fika, just google fika spt mod and you will find it

I don't know if Soleraint will see this comment here. But I think what makes the AI so believable is the fact that they don't always execute everything perfectly. Like I was watching some of the clips, there was a gigachad preset jumping at you, but he missed the corner. Shit like that is what makes the bots feel real enough for suspension of disbelief.

@@alexkenley1 It's hilarious to know that this is Solareint (mod author) first work with anything related to this. It is just straight out better than practically 95% of all shooters.
@@vulpix9210Some people have an incredible talent for doing nothing but creating high quality tools and products. Everything from music to movies to computer hardware. This guy obviously didn’t need any explaining to make a good mod. Some true genius to be witnessed maybe. Hope he gets to be a great influence in the modding space.

@@vulpix9210 It's better than 99% of mods that attempt this kind of thing, even outside Tarkov. Dude managed to recreate FEAR's AI without cheating the level design like that game's developers did.
@@cloak211 it's just really cool to see AI acting pretty much like real players do. I've gotten into situations in SPT just as interesting if not more interesting because of SAIN

It's insane, I do the same thing just flip between the two and it's jarring as hell.
It's actually crazy. ESPECIALLY when you get the foggy weather. The difference is staggering.

Which mods do I need to make my game look like his?
Between people like Solaraint and Amand and plenty of other modders, they really show how much this game could shine, even without multiplayer.
Don't forget to mention Drakaria with his looting bots and questions bots and their patrol patterns. Very cool.

Project fika works flawlessly, so it doesn't have to be a singleplayer experience anymore
SPT saved Tarkov for me. Before I found this I was having back to back to back horrible matches on live full of all of the problems that Nikita and BSG seemingly refuse to fix. I pretty much lost hope in really having fun with the game anymore at that point but then I finally decided to give SPT a try and holy shit am I glad I did. It honestly might be one of my favorite single player experiences to date. Alone its obviously nothing special but the ability to mod and customize your experience just blows Live Tarkov out of the water in terms of playability and quality. Im not surprised Nikita and them dont like it considering the fact that the modders have fixed everything that they've been too lazy to fix for the past X amount of years.
Understand what you are saying and I also dont like tarkov that much, but it seems like you were just not good at regular Tarkov lol. Cant always blame your deaths on "problems"
@@levibird6935 Tarkov is extremely chaotic and high entropy for an FPS; There are a massive amount of factors outside of your control, outside of skill, that influence your gameplay.
Better players will have a larger degree of control, but only up to a certain point. There is also a huge amount of time wasted through Tarkov's many inefficient systems, like loading into raids.
A significant portion of time played is unproductive, and even counter-productive, which rewards low-risk behavior and punishes players with limited time to play.
In summary, Tarkov isn't a skill based shooter, it's a slot machine for rats.
Same. I’ve owned Tarkov for years, tried playing it many many times but there are aspects of the game that have always made me not want to play it. Then I found SPT and with using some mods I love it. I have no interest in playing Tarkov but SPT is one of my favorite games.
Exactly this, SPT and the mods have renewed how fun this game was for me. I never enjoyed never being able to max anything out because all your progress and time was WIPED FOREVER... as in they STEAL your time literally.

They can literally implement all of this to the vanilla game. They have the rights for all of it because it's literally their own game.

There's no way BSG couldn't add the feautures or fixes we are seeing in this mod in 8 years of development full time but a bunch of modders could do it in their free time

yesterday i started SPT with realism mod and Zero to Hero and it is insane. Its really fun.
ive started playing SPT about 5 days ago. did a zero to hero profile as well and am now at lvl 17 it's been tough as hell but super fun. the AI in SAIN mod is amazing they are constantly bamboozling me. I honestly enjoy SPT more than live

my brother and I did the same thing together with FIKA, it's honestly some of the most fun i've had playing tarkov (except for that hydration drain lmao)

I quit Live Tarkov and play SPT now. It 100% feels like this is what Tarkov should of always felt like.
Spt is the only way I play tarkov when I'm.bored I have a back up account on it for running the cheesiest of mods like God mod or rapid "codlike" healing and turn it into a pretty much arcade shooter or I crank the realism to see how long I last
Broo i just bought tarkov for this mod. does the launcher automatically update the game to where i have to download spt every update because it breaks? Or will spt remain on my pc forever?
@@IDIlII You can stay on your current SPT version, but you won't receive live game updates.
You have to manually update the game through BSG launcher and launch it once, then copy over the files into a folder and use SPT installer. In most cases the newest installer version requires the latest live game version. *Do not run BSG launcher and anything related at the same time just to be safe.*
You can usually move your profile file from the user/profiles folder to the new installation, but don't skip major versions if you're doing that, something will probably break.
Additionally, do not copy over mods, install any desirable mods from scratch as they are likely updated to the newer version and will not work if they aren't. Exclusions are if the author or someone in the comments says that they work for the newest version.

Yeah idk how they did it but the PMC squads use voicelines to actually communicate with each other. One of the PMCs in any given squad will be designated squad leader and can give orders to the others. Apparently if you can ID the squad leader and kill him it fucks up the chain of command and makes the rest of the squad less combat effective, though in my experience it's pretty hard to tell
@@yellowsaurus4895 The AI composition is amazing, we all know about the gigachad bots that appear but there are rat bots that will deadass hide behind a door and camp you and timmy bots that will wander aimlessly around maps.

I’ve been playing SPT since like 2 years ago, at the time every streamers was talking shit about the mods, because for them it's not the real game, they were so wrong, it's actually what Tarkov should have been since a long time.
bro i cant even begin to explain how fucking giddy i am with this mod. i have been playing it all day ( with some extra AI mods ) and when you see the AI behaving exactly like players and doing quests / looting items and corpses and doing voice commands its honestly so fucking good holy shit like i actually cant believe how amazing these mods are.
Tarkov when you don't have to take into account meta stuff (cheaters, desync) is actually a really good game, i hope that BSG doesn't come after SPT.

Technically they can't. It's not BSGs code and it's all open source. Plus SPT devs have said they give people permission to re-upload as long as you aren't charging people. At most they have asset claims.

They always said that SPT was bannable (although there's no way to prove that you play it) and a big part of the community has always been on the side of the developers for some reason, it's funny how now that BSG fucked up everyone forgot this

It is a different game with things like Realism and SAIN. Been playing SPT for about a year and it is the only way I play now.
They must have pulled lots of juicy hate mail and taunts from real Tarkovers… lol.

Been playing SPT for the last three years or so. The modders make the game feel so real as if im playing against actual players. The SAIN AI mod is the one i use. There used to be other ai mods but i havent checked if theyve been updated lately. The SAIN mod has different presets from anywhere from Timmy AI to Gigachad AI (it requires like three other mods in addition to it to make the bots act like real players, which is outlined on the instructions for the SAIN mod). Its awesome. I love the modding community for this game. So many cool and unique additions that would be great for the online version too.

Been playing spt for over a year and love it. Have spent so many hours. The AI with Sain is second to none. Had better gunfights than I’ve had on live. I’ve cranked the pmcs and scavs up to squads of 4-5 using swags & doughnuts. No experience like it. Love the content mate keep them coming

Wow! The fight at 14:20 is intense. The PMC said in Russian: - Sides!... - Follow Me!... - Move Out!. And then proceeds to try and surround the player. So actual AI giving orders to his AI squamates and then properly push a live player that is screaming "Hold Your Fire" because he doesn't speak Russian. Crazy, installing.
I've had so much more fun playing sp-tarkov than normal tarkov, it's nuts.
All I can say from my short time playing with a few of the most popular mods, is wow. I did not expect the AI to be so damn interesting! the different personalities and gear types, chads that spam voicelines while trying to hunt you down with great gear, timmies who run away and ask you to stop shooting, the angry messages you get after raids LOL. there are even mods to let the ai roam to places it wouldnt normally in base tarkov so you will run into them ANYWHERE and not just at POIs. Its been fantastic, and Ive only scratched the surface with mods. there is even a huge place for serverside mods like traders and quest mods, I have only tried Luna but it just works.
EDIT: oh yeah AI mod is SAIN and the stuff it requires/recommends
I´m happy you are doing this, introducing people to the world of SPT is good and beneficial for everyone, including BSG.
This is exactly what ive been wanting since 2016-2017... Nikita...
dawg he ain't gonna do it. he got a taste of the money, waded himself into deep shit, then betrayed the trust of literally every single person that took a leap of faith and bought the game then suffered for years through it. disproportionate effort for something that would get him nowhere near the immediate profit. it's self destructive, yes, but he's backed himself into a corner.
just take 20-30 minutes to reboot your brain and experience the game how you wanted it, it's the best you're gonna get.
Been playing this myself and I, honestly don't think I could go back to Live EFT anymore until they release more PVE servers and allow modding on those servers.
Things like SAIN, Donuts, Looting Bots - Turn the NPC's into being nearly identical to players in most situations. (That's Lit making it so using cover, bushes and dark areas make it so NPC can't just insta-see you is also really great)
Things like Ammo Stats and Trader Modding adding *Massive* QoL improvements to kit building and what ammo is actual useful.
Hell, didn't know 5-hour raid timers were something I needed but holy shit it's amazing.
Discounting the fact Live you have to deal with Cheaters, Extract campers and Gigachads with end-game gear. The amount of improvements SPT allows is just too much for me to lose it all.
I've played a bunch of "vanilla" SPT but THIS looks next level!
Here's hoping BSG takes their head out of their ass, and has enough sense not to give Klean a strike for this. One of their longest supporters, that would be scorched earth!
Well, now they can't afford the rep hit, that's why a lot of different streamers all streamed it now. BSG are reputationally overextended.
I bought Tarkov exclusively for SPT. Have loved every minute. The mods take it to a next level.
Game looks like so much more fun without cheaters and no-lifes holding impossible angles for 20 minutes. EDIT: As a lefty, I'd love to see the devs maybe do mirrored animations at some point for all the guns. I'd die of happiness.

Bought EoD in 2017. Never really played online tarkov for like the last two years, only SPT. Its so fun. I also like to have two different installs at the same time, one for like a hardcore-ish character and one more vanilla one, so I can play what kind of Tarkov I want at the moment.
Funny thing I didn't know of SPT until the BSG unhinged debacle. Now I have a little private server where no wipe can take my save file and I can really enjoy the progression without wasting the time you do with online.
What about optymisation? Does it run better then original EFT?
@@wimaak people tend to have a a more critical eye on that stuff than I. The beginning of raids doesn't have the obligatory rubberbanding retail eft has. Horde mobs settings tend to strain the server on my computer. Don't take my word for it and try it out if offline progression interests you.
@@wimaak It does, you can further enhance performance with mods that remove clutter (trash, stuff you can't interact with like those fake cigarette boxes etc.) and mods that remove the grass which gives a huge boost on maps like woods, plus you can finally find all of your dropped pmcs and scavs.
Man, i've been playing spt since a year. just playing at your own pace, no rush, no grind unless you want, the modding, no loading/queue times. Such a great mod! For myself i dropped the online game after three wipes, spt brought back the fun.
woods is super tough. once you start killing, you must dip as fast as possible. if you stay there like you did, you will get chiped slowly and never make it to exit. on streets you can hide anywhere and slip through, but i find woods to be the toughest
Yeah perf for kill quests. I find PMCs start near the train station and roam that area, just like in live I’d find them every other raid… lol.
Same around Scav shak. PMCs trying to snipe scavs around that field, or the check point.
The SPT coders put AI PMCs right where real PMCs hunt in live! Lol.
What mod setting do you use?

yeah woods is insane, even though they cant see through bushes. a chad spawning with an SVD is enough to mess anyone up.

The AI in this is insanly impressive! That factory raid might be the best ive seen from AI in like any game ever
I hope you play your way to the higher tiers, Klean. A few patches ago, the community contributed a ton of presets for the high tier PMCs and you’ll be amazed to see how their guns are kitted out as well. Like you said, they’re absolutely believable. Fontaine has around 300+ weapon presets in disposal iirc and the best part is that you don’t have to rely on meta builds to fight back. How your gun is built relies solely on shooter’s preference and control.
I’m glad you’re putting some spotlight on SPT and why it matters a lot to what was once a pretty secluded community until most people said enough is enough right after the Unheard fiasco.
Started playing this yesterday. The AI with SAIN is probably some of the best I've ever played against it's crazy how human like they feel at times. They peek corners and bunny hop and run away and hide and make mistakes and stuff.
this one video alone convinced me to reinstall tarkov to get spt

Project Fika is one of the 2 CooP mods, the other is SiT. I would recommend Fika because its less fiddly.
@@vulpix9210 I've been using SiT with a mate but we've had a couple desync and Loading issues. I was thinking abt swapping to FIKA

Me and a friend have been using fika via radmin vpn and we have had 0 issues. No desync too. It's been so damn smooth id almost say it's way smoother than live tarkov. It's been amazing fun.

it's nice to always keep an eye on what fence is offering, i got good armor and both UBGL.
This may not be the case intentionally but this is the best protest that i have ever seen in regards to Nakita's Dilemma,........Not only showing him that the community can do it better,....and also....FOR LESS $. Awesome Klean !!! .......................Your the Man.

I saw here Realism Mod, SWAG, Amands Graphics, Questing Bots and Looting Bots at least.
Would recommand ThatsLit. The Bots have a percentage to oversee you in grass, in hard to see through environment or dark places. Makes it even more realistic.
You can adjust every mode to your likeing by pressing F12 (advanced settings on recomanded).
Y'know they've upset the community when Klean promotes SPT-AKI.

Holy shit this looks genuinely great. It looks like the sort of experience I thought I was going to get from tarkov when I bought it years ago and while occasionally it has provided them over all the games just frustrating and not an enjoyable experience. Going to get this installed as I quit tarkov last year it seems the games days are truly numbered now
I've been playing SPT since like 12.8...I think. Whatever was the Customs expansion that included crack house. Before that I probably played 3-4 wipes. I just recently started a SIT server for my friends and I to play on, and I love it. I have never gotten into to much modding. I always used Ghost Fenix's server value modifier to control some things, like drop rates for loot, and AI quantities...simple stuff. I really want to learn about these realism mods you have. You should do a tutorial explaining each one you use and what it does. Because it looks pretty cool.

It's funny. I got into tarkov because I received a standard edition copy from a friend and started watching Klean's content right around early-mid 2020. The way Klean described and played the game made me feel like I finally found the kind of shooter I wanted most. Though I really enjoyed eft at first, bsg was terribly disappointing in their delivery. This vid genuinely looks like the game I expected

the MPT mod for SPT can use all of the mods that SPT can, it runs amazingly and I've only had a few desync issues with it as well.
The best way to get rid of lag spikes when a player is nearby is to get rid of the player apparently.

Borkels Realistic NVGs, DrakiaXYZ-Waypoints , SWAG + Donuts (changed settings: Starting PMCs (Random) as spawn pattern), Amands Graphics , Looting Bots , Questing Bots, Realism Mod (Need to drop equipment to heal disabled) , SAIN (standard difficulty) , Fontaine's FOV Fix (using Fontaines personal preset for settings, have to play around with that for yourself, not really available anywhere afaik) , Scope and Red dot Overhaul.
Might be missing some prerequisite mods, just check their mod page before installing, you should do that anyways.

I dont know if I missed it or if it is somewhere, but what mods are you using? I only installed a few since the servers were exploding, and some of the ones you are running look awesome. especially the rebalanced stuff.
For now I've walked away. Playing 76 something I never gave the time of day to and have dropped an unhealthy amount of time into manor lords...but if I ever come back to Tarkov it'll be SPT. Especially with the ability to play Co-Op. Your clips and videos are why though.

HIGHLY recommend Algorithmic Level Progession! A lvl 1 Player with an AUG and A1 ammo is highly unlikely.. The loadouts you encounter feel way more realistic =D
What mods does Klean use for his SPT build? I haven't had much time to play EFT or SPT because I work full time and spend a lot of time with my kids but now I can have more time to play.
3 minutes in Customes rounded up 20 scavs and 2pmcs. I would like harder bots but fewer of them, because the PVE gamemode is really not immersive.

I haven't played Tarkov recently but I've been caught up with the news, and seeing a video like this from Klean is a huge, justified middle finger to BSG. The fact that they despise SPT because they want to market and profit from an "official" single-player mode is horribly toxic towards their community and unacceptable.

just install all of the top rated mods on the first page of SPT mod site. realism, donuts+Swag, SAIN, amands graphics, big brain, waypoints, looting bots, questing bots, FOV fix. they are the main ones but item info and item sell price are also good as well as the HUD one

I have stop playing Tarkov for like good 3 or 4 years. I missed a lot of wipes and all the content they added but I have recently been playing SP Tarkov for about a week now and I'm hooked with 32 mods installed. Everything about it is better to me and it doesn't make me miss the toxic PVP experience along with cheaters. Everything is customizable so you can experience the game how you would like. It's also a way to learn the game and get good map knowledge but I doubt I'll open up the real game since I have this. You still have to play it slow because the AI will come in waves or in a squad and destroy you.
At the beginning you said its a different game. This literally cannot be emphasized enough. It is a whole new way to play the game. I put realism mode on with all bosses spawn 100% and the donuts on "I like pain". Try to run the server, and if your computer doesn't crash, then try and survive for 5 minutes. I guarantee you even the best streamers would struggle
Been playing a bit of PvE on standard tark and its surprisingly fun, its a trip watching the fake NPC's geared up running around. makes me more and more interested in trying SPtarkov though because with mods its next level it seems... kind of begs the question what are BSG doing, get these guys onboard or at least take a long hard look at it and see whats working and whats not. how hard can it be just to remove the fog or tweak the AI to play more realistically etc
The PMCs use a more or less random gun with more or less random attachments, which is cool, because you’ll almost never see meta garbage. These guns these guys have can be truly inspiring and cool looking
what mods on top of the main sptaki were being used ?
Which mod affects the way you view the sights? I assume it's the same one that allows you to zoom in a little like in Arma?
@klean what mods are you running with this and how do you have them tweaked to get the play you have out of the AI?

I would love to see these changes in normal PvP, PvE too. It's super impressive how the AI act, I didn't watch every second of every SP video and stream but I haven't seen a AI SCAV crouched pointing their gun at the sun and periodically taking breaks from scorching their eye balls just to start munching on sprats while awkwardly making eye contact with you... The lighting too, crazy watching Klean switch it on/off, the difference is nice. The lighting change on Factory is cool, but when he switches the lighting on Woods in the open, you can see into the tree shadows better. The non gun zoom thing is great, not sure what it's called exactly, it's like the 1.15x zoom, similar to ADS'n without a gun or the player zoom thing from DayZ. Same with whatever the buff is you get when your hit, it's like a temporary flow state, pain killer or maybe epinephrine panic release? I would love to see these mods in normal EFT PvP, except the way the PMC AI are tuned. I wouldn't want these PMC AI tuned the way they are here in normal EFT PvP. The PMC AI are great for this single player mod and would be great for co-op too. But they should be turned down a tad and have limited solo fill into open raid solo spots for filler spawns in online PvP match making. I do like that Raider ammo though. Great video Klean!

5:55 Pretty much any rifle rounds outside of the 5.45 and 7.62 subsonics are extremely lethal at any point in the game in Realism mod.
