I have a 3 boxes of Plastic Soldier Company. Box of m5 stuarts, box of m3 half tracks and a box of panthers. The main difference is price about £10 cheaper than FOW version. However they are more of a model kit than FOW. A lot more complicated to put together. multi part tracks are perhaps the most difficult to try and get lined up good. FOW plastics are more just stick it together rather than construct it. I also like the magnets on the turret and the fact you get transfers. That aside though I am very happy with the PSC vehicles I own.
I just got a bunch of kits including my first PZ.IVs is there a way i can make one(or more depending on preferance) the “G” version, easily? Second thing is a fun fact, the PZ.IV was originally a TD platform, whitch is why later models have the long barrel and why in general compared to the PZ.III have terrible suspension, it was because they werent meant to be frontline, fighting shermans
It is cheaper than GW stuff, I would suggest the Open Fire starter kit (1 full British Tank company with American paras in support and 1 full German infantry company with StuG assault tanks in support)
Justin, never ever ever in a million years would a panzer IV-H be painted grey. NEVER If you weren't going to camo the tank, then is should be painted a base of yellow/tan. That was a base coat.
I agree BF tanks look better on a wargaming table than PSC ones. The zimmerit on these looks strange though, that was done a lot better on the resin version. Great video again. Love the historical background info and love the nagging on Warren for not being a real historical gamer, lol.
The resin ones were absolutely awful to put together, although very lovely to paint. The PSC ones were easier to build but didn't paint up as nice. These look like best of both worlds, I'll have to give them a try!
It is very refreshing to know that some tankers did armor ID without being vulgar. Armor ID in the US army is relating parts of tanks to women's anatomy. The tanks is given colorful adjectives like busted, droopy, saggy, blown out, etc. I would like to think British tankers are a little more mature.
John knows his stuff. I appreciate that. I Enjoyed watching this.
The videos with john in are great. Good to learn the history too.

What size earth magnets would you recommend?
Been watching about Flames Of War.Are the kits cheaper than war hammer?Cause if they are you might have just got some one into it.

Thanks only £50 might have to ask my grandad about it.Thanks again.
Good video and nice looking kits, shame about the Schürzen though. Should be 5 main plates, not 4.
They were sending out the Special order Schürzen (GSO186) for free if you really want the ones with 5 plates

Would these kits match with my plastic soldiers panzer IV?

Do you think German FoW players argue about how to say Sherman or Jumbo or Calliope?
No because its easier to pronounce.
I guess they'd pronounce it "Yumbo" since the J is like a Y in German.
Ethan Ton Yeah, that makes sense.
The Calliope is mispronounced by half of america anyways, so yes lmao
Your pronounciation of Schürzen is close enough to correct, considering that English is missing the "Ü".
They just need to say it a bit slower and they are near perfect :-)
Is schürzen spelled schuerzen in English?
It is written that way, since most english keyboards do not have an "ü".
