In reality every Panzer III that went back to the factory - for rebuilding after damege or a bigger maintenance - got all updates that were available. So mixed variants of the tank were common. That can be done with that model too.
I'm really looking forward to getting these models for TANKS when they come out. I was glad to see the Pz. III comes with its additional armor plates as an option as well.
Some great photos in your video. I want to build the IVs as Gs - a bit hard to tell from the FoW site, but is there a wheel rack on the sprue for the two spare wheels (I can see those)?
@@FogofWar Yes I've now had some delivered today (GBX97), it's a shame. The PSC kit does have a separate wheel rack with wheels. Oh well, will have to get the tools out... Thanks for your reply and great videos - I get the sense you are in Melbourne?
Side skirts were not commonly used on these tanks in the desert. The kit doesn't come with them. Later mid-war kits for the Eastern Front and North West Europe do include them.
+Brody Roper Hi Brody. Good to hear from you. I like Late War too, but the nice people at Battlefront sent me some review kits. It would be rude for me not to review them. But once the release schedule for mid-war settles down I'll see what I can do. My production process means I can't make more than 1 video a week. But I'll certainly keep your feedback in mind.
Thanks so much, I understand the importance of reviewing free stuff (thats really cool)! Yeah, I saved $100 dollars (AUD) and I am wondering what is the best Russian army for this price. I want to base it around the IS-2 for that massive firepower. Kind Regards, Brody
I have some Plastic Soldier Company IS-2s and they are pretty nice. I have a Zvezda IS-2 in my stash I haven't had time to review (sorry!) and I haven't had a go at the Battlefront ones. I'm not very familiar with Russians, but PSC do plastic infantry - you will probably need *lots* of infantry! :-)

Good point! Thanks for that.
They look like excellent kits and will get a few to add to my existing collections
I particularly liked the Panzer III - it really captures to look of the original.
I got the Panzer IV and it is a superb kit
The Panzer IV is a superb kit and will try the Panzer III next
I really liked the little Panzer III. I built mine as the Panzer III ausf L with the add-on armour. Very pretty.
What an amazing review. Love your work. Subscribed. Thanks!
Gosh! Thanks! Always glad to have a new subscriber. Welcome aboard!

I built mine as the Panzer IIIL with added armour. It looks great! It should be fun in TANKS when it comes out.

From memory, there's not one on the sprue. You get the spare road wheels, but no rack as was commonly seen on later marks.
