    My lower back was having none of this today! So weird how much the body can change day by day in pregnancy. It was nice to just lay on my mat for 10 minutes instead 🙈

    Please how often should we do this exercise per week

      It really depends on the person, but you could do it 2-4 times a week as long as you feel up to it!
