Anger is a release of built up frustration... feels good for a few minutes. But is draining to your souls peace🙏

Whenever I feel anger, start to consume me. I learned to pause and take a very deep breath, repeating the process until I feel my nerve and mind relax. Thanks to Buddhist and stoic principles. Learing those principles make me take control of my life.❤

There's nothing funny about anger. The closest I get to humor is I say aloud "That's comedy." which stops my emotional investment and keeps my reaction at a surface level to dissipating in the universe.

I tried so damn hard not to lose my shit on this dude at work today... I trained him all day yesterday and half of today and he just fought me every step of the way. He always had a "better" idea than the way we do shit and it's one of those jobs where a screw up can really cause a major problem to fix or even possibly hurt someone. In all of his 2 weeks of experience, he's trying to reinvent the damn wheel.
Anyway I couldn't keep it in any longer. I really wish I could stop letting things annoy me like they do but I just can't control it.

Speak to him, "I see you have a perspective on all the procedures. It must be difficult to keep getting in your own way knowing you can be a better team player. Sorry for your struggle man. And stand and observe in silence. After 30 seconds excuse yourself to the restroom.

    Benefits of anger:
Anger can lead to action, advocacy and change.
    Anger can establish boundaries.
Anger can give you courage to do the thing naysayers doubt.
Anger gives bozos pause in how they approach you.
If your anger leads to healthy outcomes, then that's good.
