This is wayyy more fun than it looks and the drop is 10× worse then it looks
Oh no I have to go to fun spot for a field trip for school and I’m scared of roller coasters and my friends are forcing me to go 😀
@@user-wp9mp9pg5i i’m going on saturday and the only one i’m scared for is mine blower HAHAH
@@liv8276 oh yeah 🥲✋
@@user-wp9mp9pg5i i just furthered out i’m going to o the one on orlando, not the one in kissimmee, PHEE!
100x
To those who have never made the trip to funspot. Both parks in Florida have these tiny wooden jems that pack a hell of a punch. The airtime is bonkers
White Lightning is definitely a gem, but I wouldn't describe Mine Blower like that. Mine Blower is more like a diamond in the very, VERY rough.
I was legitimately surprised by how great the airtime on White Lightning was. Really didn't expect a smaller wooden roller coaster to pack that much of a punch but it more than delivered.
This is a great roller coaster. Doesn't look that great as it isn't big but it is fast and fun.
@@VestedUTubermy ride on Mine blower wasn't too rough actually. I like it slightly o er White lightning
Yep
Go to fun spot orlando during the day. Then go eat lunch then head over to fun spot Kissimmee at night because it pops off at night!!
I was just there a few weeks ago. It was actually an awesome ride for just a tiny little park. Ended up riding it about 3 times.
was it fast?
@@th3yluvang3lzz it was fast for a wooden coaster, but the layout was so short it couldn’t really pick up a lot of speed
Same
Went on it during an outing from rehab. This ride is awesome with amazing airtime!
Today I went to fun spot with my friend, and this was my first time riding this cuz I didn’t wanna wuss out. It was fun but the drop feels like eternity
I absolutely loved this ride. It was amazing and I went on it like 10 times
Went here earlier this year and rode this coaster 8 times that day because there was virtually no line. So so fun and a really smooth wooden coaster
0:40 you can see dr dooms fear fall in the distance
and volcano bay
It looks like a modern take on a classic woodie, thats the cool thing.
I can feel the airtime while laying in my bed with my iPad
Richard van Pukkem that's because of GCI's legendary shaping
Wow! I thought you were watching me or something because I'm also watching this on my iPad laying on my bed
I Like Roller Coasters!! OMG SAME
IM LAYING ON MY BED WITH MY I PAD TO
White lightning was the first roller coaster I ever rode.
What a great first coaster. I feel like these wooden ones prepare you for the beastly world class coasters well. A lot of thrill but not so much as to overwhelm you entirely on your first ride, and you end up wanting to ride something larger after this. My first was a lot like this one: The Arkansas Twister at Magic Springs.
Freedom flyer is my first ever roller coaster 👍🏾
A vekoma hang and bang was ur first coaster lol
Same
Fantastic coaster! Underatted for sure!
Just was at fun spot last night ! My 7 year old rode this about 5 times!!
just went on this a few hours ago lol. Was so fun! Went on this 3 times
I went to fun spot today, and I rode it 5 times and it was awfully rough. When I rode it for the first time it was smooth!!!
But today it was just so rough.
I still enjoyed it though.
lol, a GCI that's like 5 years old, "awfully rough" in a park without heavy traffic. Please don't have a heart attack if you have/do choose to ride "Mine Blower" since it's a bit more intense.
Boy that was QUICK! 😱
It is! And fun!!
The lifthill is absolutely non patriotic.
Until a repaint, new name suggestion? Muddy lighting? Brown thunder?
Black Lightning?
I went on this ride thinking that drop was gonna be super thrilling but it kind of let me down but it still moves around a lot so in the end I went on it twice and loved it
This is my favorite and I also love this ride and my only favorite at fun spot
You should upload some stuff from Disney, Universal & Sea World.
Looks rough but a great layout.
Did this yesterday! Started raining as soon as we got strapped in
I see dr.dooms fear fall, the Incredible Hulk coaster, hog warts, and volcano bay in the background
Fun Spot Orlando is just across the other side of I-4 from Universal Florida.
all the stuff with the 3hr lines that cost 100 billion dollars instead of $100 a year to ride a bunch of awesome fun rides and coasters instead of endless gimmicky stuff.
Because they are all literally next to each other on I-Drive.
Can't wait toRide this when I visit Florida, shame I will never experience dragon challenge
Was just on here and gonna send this to my friend to show the
This sorta reminds me of Renegade at Valley Fair!
Slime By Deana It's made by the same people, That's why.
ok
I was just there this weekend and it was so fun, freezing but ended up riding it several times 🙈
I went on this. First time it has a freaking living hell. 20th time it was one of those kiddie roller coasters that 5 year olds go on.
that is a great coaster!
What is better:
Like-mine blower
Reply-white lightning
White Lightning is better, but namely because it is retracked and so well-taken care of.
Mine Blower is awesome but it needs retracking, the part with the double-up right after the turn out of the inversion is as many call a "pothole" at this point.
Not that it stopped me from riding it several times any day I'm there but in general it's lost about 1-2 re-rides out of roughly 5 since it opened, shame on them for rushing for the opening date, or else it probably would still be fine. The timberliner trains do help though.
What's the roughest wooden roller coaster you've ever ridden?
Christian Moss I think you're asking CoasterForce directly, but for me it was the now demolished Psyclone at Six Flags MM. Headaches and injuries galore on that beast.
The wild one at six flags America
Christian Moss stage son of beast at kings island. That bruised my elbow
squares4u no I just wanted to know everyones roughest woodie.
Mine is the legendary grand national at blackpool pleasure beach it's my 5th favorite but definitely the roughest
Stampida at PA
Not bad for 70ft.
Go on the Thunder Run at Kentucky kingdom sooooo much fun
Video: That Shit Doesn't Look Scary At All!
*Real Life: Holy Shit*
STAY OUT OF THE SOUTH SIDE
Rode it today and those were my exact thoughts.
Looks are deceiving.
Whats with the railroad signs at the end?
this layout is exactly the same as heidi the ride at plopsaland
Tarön PH yeah it's a clone
the layout look really fun but it sounds like it hurts a bit
Cindy Kitty
It really doesn’t
Yeah it's really smooth
Is it me, or has the ride gotten rougher?
I think that wooden coasters and Florida just don't mix, look at Gwazi
It’s still pretty smooth for a wooden coaster
Looks like the humidity in Florida is not very kind on wooden coasters.
It’s just the way the camera is placed on the train. I rode it earlier this year and is still by far the smoothest wooden coaster I’ve ridden
It is because of Florida’s humidity, the wood ages quicker than anywhere else in the USA that is why rides like El toro are still smooth
Been there except there was no one
U should ride it now. It's a lot faster
If Six Flags buys this park, expect this coaster to be renamed to Black Lightning
ba dum tish
Batman Lightning: The Ride of Steel
@@BrandoMan Black Lightning is a DC character.
Funny honestly, not sure how I missed this comment before when viewing this over the years. But nah Six Flags isn't woke (just horrible at business lol) and neither is Fun Spot so it'll stay White Lightning XD. P.S. Yes I know Black Lightning is a DC char but if they wouldn't use "Doomsday" despite asking everyone in a survey than why a 3rd tier with a failed tv show is all I have to say.
It's so stupid the employees are so slow they take forever to hit the button there to busy talking and not working teenagers I hate that
Need Kennywood Geno to oil that track.
yas
Dang. That track is aging pretty poorly.
Sean Patterson
It’s actually pretty smooth
That’s because it’s in Florida
So Florida’s constantly humid climate often makes it really bad for wooden roller coasters because the brutal weather almost “wears down” the wood. When the wood gets all “beat up” it makes a rougher ride; that’s probably why the track looks like it’s aging badly. But I heard this is only exception to that statement about Florida and rough woodies.
I rode it today and it was awfully rough
Just rode it for the first time today. I wouldn't call it glossy smooth, but it wasn't bad at all.
The only wooden coaster in Florida that isn’t/wasn’t rough lol
I went here on my birthday me and my family never wanna do it ever again
I sued them because I almost fell out it was scary but it was really fun. Not sure why my parents did it
its not for me so bad
O
I used the bathroom on myself on this ride
This ride sucks! It’s so bumpy and no airtime.
Ride it now!
😞😱
