I went on a Saturday night a few weeks back and literally everyone on the train was an enthusiast from somewhere in the world. There was about 10 of us, and maybe a handful of locals. We literally just stayed in our seats and rode over and over again. I probably could have ridden 20 times in 2 hours, but as Chris alludes to, you kinda need to give your body a break every 7 rides.
Airtime Thrills: "I dislike Skyrush, or should I say 'Thighcrush'!! Coasters shouldn't hurt to ride" Also Airtime Thrills: "Arieforce one is *supposed* to hurt your shins, so it's okay" My Hershey Park loyal heart 😭 ... honestly though, excited to see what you think about Wildcat's Revenge. I rode it on the pre-opening days and it really felt like a mini Gwazi to me. Super well mixed elements. Insane Ejector mixed with insane laterals.. I need to get down to Atlanta to try this one out though. I've heard nothing but praise, besides for the finale.
In fairness, the two are completely different. Skyrush ratchets down on your thighs so it's crushing your thighs even on the brake run. It doesn't happen every time for me, about 1/10 rides but that one ride feels like a semi truck is parked on my legs sitting on the brake run.
Im really excited to see how Wildcat stacks up. But i see arieforce like magnum...it hurts because of how powerful it is and the repeated slamming into the lapbar. Skyrush just hurts because the lapbar is horrendously designed, the one that steals all your airtime and slices into your legs at the same time. Arieforces assault on the shins luckily is just for one second at the end of the ride
@@AirtimeThrills I don't find Magnum painful at all but then again, I don't ride in the wheel seats. I don't find the airtime to be that powerful either compared to many other rides out there. Second to the back row is my favorite row by far. Smooth and super fun.
This is a perfect example of how much better RMC has made the amusement park world. Having created such a genius concept made this possible.. So glad they went for it and I'm sure it'll pay off greatly
AFO became my favorite ride this summer. I was so blown away on two days I spent there in June I came back for another 5 days July/August and I’m coming from Chicago. Got over 500 laps in, with a whopping 142 in one day (Im 57 btw). Love the ride so much got a tattoo of the logo!
Great review! AF1 sits at no 5 for me out of 705 coasters. I was totally blown away. What you said at 12:10 was so accurate and i’ve never heard anyone else say it. IG in the morning was quite possibly the most disappointing coaster ride i’ve ever had. After warming up, it had ranked inside my top 10 as well. AF1 doesn’t even need to warm up before it ranks that high. It’s a world class ride.
not really a coaster enthusiast here, although I've been enjoying watch coaster vids since cedar point announced ttd reimagined. why are morning rides so bad on some coasters compared to later in the day?
@@macaronandcheese18113 a lot of coasters need to "warm up" and after dozens of laps they just run faster. Its a weird thing but its definitely noticeable on wood and steel coasters alike
I just rode it 24 times yesterday. All accurate thoughts! Last night the station was like a party of enthusiasts. We kept playing musical chairs and would get back on. Best night in ages.
Most marathoned coaster for me too, 25 rides in one day. Same issues too, had to take a break after around ride 10, had a few break downs because of over traveling into the station, but after ride 25, I called it a day. Felt pain for the next few days in my thighs lol
This has to be the most intense rmc. Great positives, fast barrel rolls with whip, low to the ground transitions, and the deadly quad down. It also has hangtime, and sustained ejector.
I love rollercoasters, but I live so far from all the great ones, but I was able to ride Gwazi and Sheikra last weekend. Sheikra was so much fun! I’m absolutely terrified of heights, and coasters seem like the best way to spit in the face of that. So I’m a noob, but Iron Gwazi was the most intense thing I’ve ever felt. I rode it at like 3pm maybe that helped, but it’s so constant and relentless. Do they really get that much more intense?
So excited to try this out next year. My first RMC (before I even knew about RMC) was New Texas Giant. Then I rode Outlaw Run and it’s what turned me back into a coaster enthusiast. Now just a couple of months ago, I got to ride Iron Gwazi. Every non-coaster enthusiast I have ridden an RMC with ( usually after riding every other coaster in the park) has been surprised and blown away by their intensity. It really is the elite company. What makes ArieForce stand out to me is it’s classic out-and-back layout. Vintage woodies have always been a favorite of mine, and to have a new and extreme coaster with the same feel as a classic, will surely top the charts for me.
This review is the one reason I took a 4 hour detour on my way to Carowinds to check out Aireforce One. TOTALLY worth it! Thank you for helping find my #2 RMC
Just rode this FINALLY after trying to ride it for over a year (despite me living in atlanta🤦🏾♀️) It's my first RMC and I was blown away!!! I fell in love instantly and wanted to get atleast 10 rides on it but unfortunately was only able to do 3 due to me not feeling so well after that 3rd ride. Had such a blast on it and can't stop thinking about it. My new number 1
I was lucky enough to get 6 rides on Steve, 5 on gwazi, and 21 rides on arie all within two weeks of each other. This is without a doubt the best of the big three rmcs and I think that will become a more common view after more people get out and ride it. I’ve never experienced airtime on anything like what this offers, I don’t even think the magnum triangle hills are close
Its popularity will only grow as Fun Spot Atlanta adds more coasters and flat rides. A drop tower and another coaster or two and it would be a complete on it's own park.
Absolute W having it in your top 3. It’s my 1 because of how powerful the airtime is, no coaster I’ve ridden comes close and I’ve ridden coasters with strong airtime such as toro, Lrod, skyrush, iron gwazi, magnum the list goes on. There is also so many airtime moments with this level of strength and they are all different from each other and fun in their own ways. Plus the fact that the ops basically let you ride with a buzz bar, also throw in relentless pacing and the best collection of inversions I’ve experienced and this ride is too good. The finale is seriously something else, it’s the only element that scares me because my body isn’t prepared to handle the forces and it absolutely murders your thighs but it’s worth it, I’m just so glad people finally realize what a masterpiece this is bcuz it obliterates all of the other new RMC’s that seem to be stealing the hype from this ride
"Let you ride with a buzz bar" is a great way to put it. Not battling for airtime room or seat assignment or dealing with TSA level security is a big plus for me and my ranking as well
@@AirtimeThrills it’s ridiculous, I’ve never seen another park just look at the restraint a solid foot off your lap and think it’s perfectly fine, but hey I’m not complaining, it makes this coaster just that much more insane
Dang dude - that is quite the ringing endorsement. This sounds like something I’ll love since airtime and whippy elements are two of my favorite things in the world. I’ll have to get my butt down to Georgia once I move back to the States later this year.
Rode AFO on a Saturday, then Steel Vengeance 48 hours later and they’re closer than I thought possible. I now also have AFO at #3, just behind SV & El Toro. The Voyage, Fury, Mystic Timbers, and Velocicoaster are just behind.
I just hope they didn’t overbuild with this. I’ve heard it’s always a walk-on, even on the weekends. Really hope they are making their money back on it so that they can expand some more
It really depends. For whatever reason, if there's any chance of rain in the forecast the park is super quiet. If it isn't then the park can be decently full. I've seen a few times when the line was out of the hanger building, if only slightly. From what I understand, the park attendance has more than tripled. It requires some more investment, but it puts the park on the map and they can get the revenue from the FL locations to help build up this park until it can turn a profit.
@@KrimsonStorm Totally agree. And this is the first step towards rebuilding or upgrading this park. The other Fun Spot parks are land locked 🔒 this park has so much unused land for more new attractions this park is going to great in the future.
Yeah it was a great park even before this opened I know cause I went before it opened but I really hope they make their money back because it's a great place
This is true!!. I traveled on 4th of July weekend. Got 10 consecutive rides all Walk-ons. Left the park, went to sixflags. Came back and got 4 night rides!
I just went to this park ( got back a few minutes ago) and it’s 4th of July. It wasn’t bad at all.. but for their sake wish they had more people. I was blown away by how friendly everyone was and how hassle free the when park was. I really wish that Six Flags was that easy going.
Arieforce One is my #4 overall. I stopped at SFOG in the morning and then hit Funspot in the afternoon. Arieforce was a walk on for every row, I managed fantastic rides on before a bird hit me in the face, which took up the rest of the time before my flight. I can't wait to spend a full day there marathoning this RMC masterpiece.
@@launchfanatic glad to hear it wasn't a major injury. I am sure it hurt when it happened, but now it can just be a story to tell people! Planning on going to fun spot later, hopefully the same doesn't happen to me or we will be twins 🤣.
Nice video! Pleasant surprise seeing myself coming into the station at the 3:31 mark. I was there a few weeks prior and ran into Impractically Christopher! Super nice guy!
I live about an hour from Arieforce One and I currently have it ranked No. 5 out of 105 rides. It doesn’t sound that impressive but the ones above it are The Voyage, Fury 325, Steel Vengeance, and Iron Gwazi. This ride is one of the best and most aggressive rides I’ve ever been on! Can’t get enough
I love me some ArieForce 1. I am so glad I live in the same county as it. I try to go most weekends, at least for a few laps. You are right, the outer bank into the double up into the arcade roll is just an absolute pleasure. I fully agree that it's rare to have it down so much. In the 9 trips I've done so far, I have only seen it down twice, and never for 1hr+. And about delays from Fayette county, yeah sounds about right. It's hard enough for them to not take 6 months to approve a new traffic light.
I will tell you, if you like unique elements on rmc’s you will love Wildcat’s Revenge. It has some of the best inversions ever and they compliment the mix of ejector and floater airtime perfectly.
Hell yeah Arie force one is my new number one. One thing you didn’t mention is that Arie force one has the best ride ops. They let you have as much space as u want with the lap bar. They only pull up when checking it and if it’s green they’ll send it. I was going on every ride with like 3 inches of space between my legs and the lap bar. And the ride is absolutely perfect.
It just so happens that I also did a weekend trip with this and over Georgia two weeks ago lol, thought this ride was great. For me it’s my second favorite RMC behind Gwazi (idk what Busch gardens does to the wheels when I go, but I’ve never experienced a slow ride on that thing even at 10:30am). I actually liked the front and back ALMOST equally, but I liked the middle portion better in the back, tho the break run hurt my shins a lot less in the front. Definitely agree with your recommendation to space out rides on this thing, and it’ll be an amazing experience
Really enjoyed your video and I will subscribe. Arie Force One exceeded my expectations. Top 5 coaster for sure. Congrats to Fun Spot and RMC for knocking it out of the part. Hopefully it helps the park continue to grow.
Loved the review! I agree with pretty much everything you said except for me, my favorite part of the ride is the outerbanked hill over the station. But every element hits. So glad I was finally able to get on a truly elite coaster. Makes me sad when I watch your top 100 coasters videos and I haven't been on anything in your top 10
FANTASTIC REVIEW! It's so awesome having this beast almost in my backyard that I could go to pretty much anytime, spend less than 50 bucks including s snack, and marathon the daylights out of this thing. It pops my back better thany chiropractor and leaves me completely spent when its done with me. You know, I have this as tied for number 3 with Fury, behind steel vengeance and X2. But if I take the accessibility into account, and how much quality ride time I can get in a day versus any other coaster? I could make a solid case for putting this at number one.
I was just there on Oct 29, 2024 and there were literally less than 15 other park guests there all day. In fact, at one time during the afternoon, we were the only car in the lot. Needless to say, my boys and I rode Arie Force One many times.
So glad you got to ride this! I think #3 is a good ranking for it. I rode it on opening day a few months back and knew right away it was better than lightning rod. It's currently arm wrestling for my #1 spot with fury 325.
I live 90 minutes away and finished the year with 133 rides. It truly is a masterpiece, I’m thankful to have it nearby. Already have my season pass for ‘24. I rank a few coasters above it but it’s in my top 5 somewhere. There is rarely a line, another bonus.
My sister's favorite seat on Steel Vengeance is row 8...she swears by middle-of-the-train on other RMCs like Twisted Colossus as well. I find that it ends up being a really good combination of strong ejector with sustained floater-you don't get whipped out of your seat quite as hard, but you stay in the air forever.
I rode this 6x on August 1, 2023. I thought I was going to ride it about 12-15x, but I didn't realize what I was in for. First off, we went to Six Flags earlier in the day. We got to FunSpot around 4pm and it was hot that day, about 99. I'm guessing the ride was going about as fast as it will ever go in those conditions. Our first ride was in the front and I wasn't thinking and made the mistake of stapling myself. When we went through the final quintuple down, to say I have never felt coaster pain like that was an understatement. Wow. That was insane. Because of that one ride, I was only able to ride it 5 more times even with the lap restraint 2-3" over my thighs. This is a seriously insane coaster. I've only ridden four RMC's (Gwazi, Twisted Cyclone and Lightning Rod) and I would definitely put this one above Lightning Rod and Cyclone although I have a soft spot for Cyclone. But I still prefer Gwazi. Right after we left FunSpot, we drove to Dollywood and spent three days there. I rode Lightning Rod 14x and the quad down on that coaster has nothing on the finale of ArieForce One.
The only other RMC I’ve been on is outlaw run, and this blows it out of the water. This is my #1, only out of 65. I had it all to myself for a couple rides, and didn’t know how it could get better, but it absolutely flys with a full train, I can only imagine on a hot day, with a full train.
This coaster made me feel old and I’ve been an enthusiast since before I even knew what that word meant. It’s so intense it’s genuinely frightening to me in the best possible way. The 44 seconds feels like 2 minutes. Even the theming of the queue is surprisingly decent for a tourist trap. Well worth the $35. (I don’t think I could do more than 4 rides in one day. Whew)
It’s incredible we got about 10 rides on it when we went and it’s exactly at 3 right behind velocicoaster and steel vengeance but right in front of Maverick and lightning rod. What a great coaster
This ride and wildcats revenge prove to me that RMC is in good hands with Joe Draves designing their future rides. AF1 barely sneaks into my top three with only the American hyper hybrids above it.
Arieforce One was amazing! The first ride, all I did was scream, but I really started to apreciate it in later rides. My mom did say that her thighs started hurting at the finale tho. AMazing ride!!!!!!!!!
I just rode ArieForce One yesterday for the first time, and oh my god it was incredible. It currently ranks 2nd for me out of 111 coasters, only behind Steel Vengeance. It was incredibly intense and had so many good elements
This is true!!. This is in my Top 3!!! I traveled on 4th of July weekend. Got 10 consecutive rides all Walk-ons. Left the park, went to sixflags. Came back and got 4 night rides!
I loved ArieForce One! The first half was very good, but I’ll admit, it was a bit weaker than I expected. However, from the third inversion to the quintuple down finale, I knew it would be a top 3 overall coaster for me! I can’t get enough of that quintuple down finale. I honestly don’t think it’s that painful. I will say, however, that you do need to brace yourself for that sudden stop, but every time I get off, I’m just in pure shock and loss of words! I’d say ArieForce One has the best finale of any coaster, not just out of any RMC coaster, but I think Iron Gwazi is overall the better ride.
I did a few RideForces recordings of Arieforce when I went. By the end of the day it was pulling 4gs in the low to the ground turn and -2gs on that quintuple down. I have it as my #1 right now (barring HWN Voyage), but it might change as I get rerides on SV and Fury.
i always love hearing about ppls records lapping coasters!! mine is currently 24 consecutive rerides in the back row of cornball express at indiana beach 😋
The restraints are wild! I was able to fit 3 fingers between me and the restraint, but I did get crazy stapled by one worker, and one other worker put it pretty low but every other time they never pushed it down more than I did.
Funny you would say that about row 6 because it was surprisingly good for us as well. My favorite row is still the back but row 6 was really good too. You still get strong ejector air but you also get good hangtime on the stall. Got 21 rides on it yesterday. I admit I went with the intention of getting 18 to beat your 17 mark but then at the end of the night they let us stay on for 4 rides in a row so I ended up getting to 21. What a great ride. It actually has the whippiness of a B&M invert on those rolls. It's amazing you got 16 rides on Ghostrider, that line is perpetually long when I've been there.
We went back this year and got 45 rides on it in one day. Once you learn how to tuck your thighs up (so your body is floating around the restraint rather than the seat) on the last 6 airtime pops it really becomes reridable. Now that I get how to ride this, it is as re-ridable as a B&M hyper.
The ranking is absolutely crazy, but understandable. It's a highlight reel of RMC's best elements, punctuated with other more unique aspects (ground hugger turn, etc.). It focuses on airtime yet has incredible inversions. Glad to see it getting the love it deserves. I thought it was a much more well-rounded ride than Gwazi even when Gwazi was warm. I can't see it topping SteVe, VC, or X2 for me, but for a FunSpot park, #4 is incredible.
Im hitting up Dollywood, Carrowinds, SFOG, and Fun Spot atl this August. Its my first time doing a multi park coaster trip and its also my first time at all of these parks… i hope everything goes well
Rode Gwazi last weekend with my son and we agree it was more crazy then ever. I’ve ridden it over 40 times but in the heat of June it was fierce. Even greyed out a bit.
I rode this opening season Fkn insane However even only two months after it opened barely anyone was there. Good for me because I rode it 17 times in one day, but bad for the park, hopefully they can turn that place into something great! Also my thighs were bruised for the rest of the week LMAO
I was just there the day before! Got 10 rides. Would of been more but we got to the park at 0630. Got a few night rides (AMAZING)!!! Met a few enthusiasts as well. Only running one train so we all would run back in line to get on the same train😅. Still have bruises, so worth it ❤ Had way more fun that night than our whole day at SFOG.
11:22 That's my biggest setback with RMCs. The first one I've ridden (Joker at SFDK) I felt this pain in the thighs at my second ride, got out of it not being a fan of RMC's restraints. But when I rode Iron Gwazi, it became my #1 coaster and I didn't feel that pain in the thighs, it was just perfectly fun, intense, and rerideable!
I’m riding this at the end of the month. My current top coasters are: 1. Iron Gwazi 2. Velocicoaster 3. Hagrid’s 4. Storm Chaser 5. Orion 6. Millennium Force 7. SheiKra 8. Mako 9. Valravn 10. Thunderbird Note: dive coasters are underrated, woodies aren’t my favorite, Steel Vengeance is really good but very overwhelming Anyways, I wonder how ArieForce One will rank here. I’m looking forward to it! EDIT: I rode AF1 and it’s now my #4. I loved it!
Rose iron Gwazi and Sheikra last weekend to bring my coaster count up to 12 I think lol. Love coasters, just really hard to get to any of them that aren’t at the worst six flags park. (Still love the comet though) Gwazi was the most insane intense thing I’ve experienced. And Sheikra was so fun! I’m terrified of heights, but saw fury as my plane was landing in Charlotte, and now that I got Gwazi…. That’s the next one on the list.
@@kingchuckfinley Fury is high on my bucket list, that has potential to be my new #1 considering it seems to be better than Orion in every way, and that’s my #5
@@GooseDuck-ft4ko Intimidator seems to trim too hard alike other B&M's I've ridden. Afterburn looks good but not great (sure the theming is awesome though!)
Rode is ye43strday 5 times during a 6 hour layover headed home. 1 train ops. Longest wait was 10 mins or so. No staples (they asked did I want a lot of airtime...DUHHH). Great ride! Iron Gwazi jr in my opinion. That outerback and the camelback on the double up are insannneeeeeeeee. Probably # 5 on my list.
Even though Alan Schilke is a genius in designing coasters with airtime, Joe Draves can do that too with Lightning Run and now ArieForce One, and they also worked with S&S, pretty cool, they seem like 2 madmen and we absolutely love them.
So for wildcat, back is definitely the spot to ride but the middle is absolutely killer. The whip on the inversions is amazing in the front on wildcat but the airtime is just considerably worse than the middle and back, so if you do ride it you'll probably agree with your thoughts here
On flight of courage at magic mountain, the middle of the train is by far my favorite! The front and back both have dead moments where you think "huh, because I'm so far forward in the element it felt weird". In the middle, every element hits.
The back and second to front are the best rows. On the front row of each car, there is a decent rattle. On the second row of each car, the rattle isn’t there. You can also brace for the brakes. Lol
I love this coaster as well as it is my number 5 coaster. Great job explaining all the elements and forces from the different rows. I am usually a back row guy for RMC's but I liked this one in the front. When are you heading to Hershey? I am going next month as I am doing an east coast coaster trip!
TL; DR BEST ROLLER COASTER IN GEORGIA Everything about our visit to Georgia this weekend was amazing! We got to six flags for opening and rode Goliath, Batman, twisted cyclone, Superman, scream machine, and mindbender, but then lines got long after lunch. Instead of waiting an hour for another ride on any one of these coasters, we drove 40 minutes to fun spot and rode this masterpiece of a ride eight times. When i go back, im skipping out on six flags and spending my day at fun spot instead. Friendly staff, short lines, a world class RMC. Better coaster than any ride at Six Flags. I preferred front row on this one! Brace yourself for that quintuple down though... A fellow enthusiast recommended that we force our thighs up into the restraints at the end and that helped. But I absolutely couldn't figure out how to stop killing my shins... Im 6'2, so taller riders beware it will kill your shins if you marathon it.. totally worth it though!
@Studio732JRL The last time I was there before Arieforce one was open, the mini golf courses were there, meaning the only thing made for AF1 was the lift truss. I bet there was never fewer than 500 people that day. Mid summer.
@Studio732JRL well, I guess we will see this year. I still have high hopes, since they have said it will be their new flagship park. I did not mean the same 500 all day, I meant at absolute bar minimum.
Bought a season pass when I went down in May, and I live in Ohio. Upgraded my Six Fags to Diamond so i can get to El Toro. Right now its in my top 10( still get to get to a couple of rides to get to #200 credits). Probably will move it up at the end of Summer. Gonna try and get down there again in the fall hopefully... Probably my #3 or 4 RMC (behind Lightning Rod, SteVe and Iron Gwazi).
I'm going back to fun spot next weekend, cause I couldn't get enough of this coaster 2 months ago. I rode this ride 52 times but I need to ride it more so I can reach 100 rides.
Gwazi is best in the middle imo. BGT is my home park, so I've tried every seat. I rode the middle a couple of times on Steve, and I preferred the back. So, I highly recommend trying the middle of Gwazi next time you're in town. I also agree Gwazi sucks when it's cold.
Imagine if I told you 10 years ago that a Fun Spot coaster would rank ahead of El Toro...

I love this ride so much it’s my number 1
I was lucky enough to get 6 rides on Steve, 5 on gwazi, and 21 rides on arie all within two weeks of each other. This is without a doubt the best of the big three rmcs and I think that will become a more common view after more people get out and ride it. I’ve never experienced airtime on anything like what this offers, I don’t even think the magnum triangle hills are close
Fun fact: 21 rides on AF1 is slightly over a half marathon.
Its popularity will only grow as Fun Spot Atlanta adds more coasters and flat rides. A drop tower and another coaster or two and it would be a complete on it's own park.
By far my favorite out of those for me too, the forces are just so much stronger
I think its too ugly especially with its surrounding and no theming
@@AirtimeThrills I rode cannon ball at lake Winnie the following day which has PTC buzz bars, I swear the restraints on AF1 were further off my lap
Dang dude - that is quite the ringing endorsement. This sounds like something I’ll love since airtime and whippy elements are two of my favorite things in the world. I’ll have to get my butt down to Georgia once I move back to the States later this year.
A top 3 roller coaster in the country is at a funspot park, what universe am I living in right now...
Still so crazy to me. I’m 40 and grew up in Fayette County going to Dixieland for laser tag all through my teens.
Wait, you got Fabio'd?
@KrimsonStorm yes I did. Thankfully, it was a small bird, or else it would have broken my nose.
@Studio732JRL facts
I can't wait to ride this. ATM storm chaser is my fav rmc
I did mention that the ride ops dont staple and that does contribute to the rides ranking
I feel like that strange right bank before the first inversion is absolutely the best in the front. It has so much flojector.
This thing is just absolutely bonkers, I have it as my #3 as well, ahead of Steel Vengeance and behind only I305 and Iron Gwazi
Great review! Incredible coaster with no lines!!!!!!!!
I went today and rode this masterpiece. What an incredible coaster, and super intense!!! Loved it
I was just there on Oct 29, 2024 and there were literally less than 15 other park guests there all day. In fact, at one time during the afternoon, we were the only car in the lot. Needless to say, my boys and I rode Arie Force One many times.
Glad to have this at my home park! Great review!
So glad you got to ride this! I think #3 is a good ranking for it. I rode it on opening day a few months back and knew right away it was better than lightning rod. It's currently arm wrestling for my #1 spot with fury 325.
I live 20 minutes away from this, and it’s so cool to have an amazing high rating rmc coaster so close. I visit it so often and it’s always a blast
I think row 8 is awesome on Wildcat’s Revenge for the same reason!
@@gottorox Good to know for my visit on Monday.
@@gottorox Follow up. You were right on the money. Holy fuck was that a wild ride.
@@SupermarketSweep777 right?? It’s so good!!
I'm heading to ride this for the first time next weekend! I'm super excited hearing all the good reviews!
Middle row on RMCs are underrated af
Arie Force one looks super elite. Hopefully I can make it out there soon
I got you beat. Tatsu Media Day, 2006… 22 rides that day. Great video.
I should be getting some ERT on the Sunday after CoasterCon. Really looking forward to it.
Whew)
Do you take nausea meds? I'm starting to get nauseous after 5 rides of AF1 if I do then back to back to back.
@@KrimsonStorm no I don’t get nauseous but I do get headaches.
I was able to do SFOG and FSAA on a same-day round trip flight. It was an incredible day! AF1 is my #1 out of 242.
This is my number 1 bucket list coaster
It’s incredible we got about 10 rides on it when we went and it’s exactly at 3 right behind velocicoaster and steel vengeance but right in front of
Maverick and lightning rod. What a great coaster
This ride and wildcats revenge prove to me that RMC is in good hands with Joe Draves designing their future rides. AF1 barely sneaks into my top three with only the American hyper hybrids above it.
@Studio732JRL they're just good
It’s my #1 RMC. Probably one of the most perfect layouts ever. The only coaster that beats it is VelociCoaster
The power of AirTimeThrills. Your honest review of the abrupt break run has led FunSpot to close every other row. Half train-ops for the time being 😩🤣
i always love hearing about ppls records lapping coasters!! mine is currently 24 consecutive rerides in the back row of cornball express at indiana beach 😋
11:01- I have no words to describe that seriously
I hope to ride this when I come to the US next year. I’ve never been outside of Australia, this looks incredible.
The restraints are wild! I was able to fit 3 fingers between me and the restraint, but I did get crazy stapled by one worker, and one other worker put it pretty low but every other time they never pushed it down more than I did.
AF1 is my number one! I haven't been on Steve or gwazi, but man is this thing insane! Definitely worth the trip to Atlanta
It’s my #1 too, I’ve ridden SteVe and Gwazi and it obliterates those
@@MillenniumForceMan It's my number 3 behind Gwazi and Velocicoaster! I haven't ridden SteVe yet
Its my first time doing a multi park coaster trip and its also my first time at all of these parks… i hope everything goes well
Wow, is this the first RMC not designed by Alan?
I actually liked candymonium in row 4 - it didn’t rip me over the hills, so it felt like the airtime was more sustained.
Alright you convinced me I'm going to Atlanta in August
Rode Gwazi last weekend with my son and we agree it was more crazy then ever. I’ve ridden it over 40 times but in the heat of June it was fierce. Even greyed out a bit.
I rode this opening season
Fkn insane
However even only two months after it opened barely anyone was there.
I am so excited to visit America from the U.K. to ride this next year! Eeek!
I’m riding this at the end of the month. My current top coasters are:
1. Iron Gwazi
2. Velocicoaster
3. Hagrid’s
4. Storm Chaser
5. Orion
6. Millennium Force
7. SheiKra
8. Mako
9. Valravn
10. Thunderbird
Note: dive coasters are underrated, woodies aren’t my favorite, Steel Vengeance is really good but very overwhelming
Anyways, I wonder how ArieForce One will rank here. I’m looking forward to it!
EDIT: I rode AF1 and it’s now my #4. I loved it!
Glad to see someone who likes Hagrid’s as much as I do, it’s such a fun ride even if it’s not the most intense ride
@@kingchuckfinley Fury is high on my bucket list, that has potential to be my new #1 considering it seems to be better than Orion in every way, and that’s my #5
@Studio732JRL I was on the second or third train after it reopened, also that's like the most stacked top 4 of all time lmao.
@@GooseDuck-ft4ko Intimidator seems to trim too hard alike other B&M's I've ridden. Afterburn looks good but not great (sure the theming is awesome though!)
5:56 I’m pretty sure it’s America’s longest stall. I think Zadra beats it but correct me if I’m wrong.
The fun spot parks are crazy, since they are like those tiny local parks, but they each have a random massive coaster somehow.
Even though Alan Schilke is a genius in designing coasters with airtime, Joe Draves can do that too with Lightning Run and now ArieForce One, and they also worked with S&S, pretty cool, they seem like 2 madmen and we absolutely love them.
Row 7 on the red rail is the best seat on this whole ride, just the perfect combo of violent sustained ejector
Excited to ride it soon! Just praying it’s not a huge disappointment like Iron Gwazi, both being hyped up so much has me worried.
That's interesting because I have gotten stuck in the middle on WWFOC and I thought the back was much stronger all around
The back is the only good spot on that ride or else it’s just weak especially because if the man drop and off the turn around you get ejected
The back and second to front are the best rows. On the front row of each car, there is a decent rattle. On the second row of each car, the rattle isn’t there. You can also brace for the brakes. Lol
Are you planning on hitting Worlds of Fun for Zambezi Zinger's opening next week? I saw it opens Monday.
this new intro is SICK AF!
I love this coaster as well as it is my number 5 coaster. Great job explaining all the elements and forces from the different rows. I am usually a back row guy for RMC's but I liked this one in the front. When are you heading to Hershey? I am going next month as I am doing an east coast coaster trip!
TL; DR
BEST ROLLER COASTER IN GEORGIA
Everything about our visit to Georgia this weekend was amazing!
I rode this for the first time last weekend. Yes!…. It is THAT good!
That ride looks so good! Too bad it's over 10 hours from me, but this makes me inclined to visit the Atlanta area even more
Buy or sell: with the success of arieforce one, other fun spot (or general small) parks may catch on
@Studio732JRL John Arie has said the attendance of the park has trippled. People forgot about this park as Dixieland was very run down.
This is my #2 of my 96 credits. Only coaster I have above it is Fury 325
Same lol
Same!
Gwazi is best in the middle imo. BGT is my home park, so I've tried every seat. I rode the middle a couple of times on Steve, and I preferred the back. So, I highly recommend trying the middle of Gwazi next time you're in town. I also agree Gwazi sucks when it's cold.
