You should make the road that connects the mall and the freeway a 2 lane road because realistically 1 lane is not going to support all of those shoppers. Especially when it’s Christmas

Maybe make a car dealer next. Those were always difficult for me to build and I would like to see you make one. Also I would like to know what world edit to download and what texture pack you’re using
SoCal Hypercar Spotters its the default Tp with a Shader and u can dowload Labymod at this Mod u can have World Edit :)
