i tried with mi 20000mah power bank. I also have added a step up converter with voltage display for better accuracy. when i keep the voltage at 9v, there is an error saying Please use supported battery. when i use 7.4v, there is an error saying battery low. what is the problem, you think? its the latest mi 3i 20000mah powerbank. is the current of 2amps not enough, is 2.5amp required with 9v? but you have also used mi power bank. what is the output current of your power bank?
Please reply. Also can you share the link for step up booster that you have used?
Hi QuickCS.. set the output for 8.4v with 2amps. 2.5 is better. This camera draws a maximum of 8.4 volts. Test the output with a multimeter for accuracy and I think you should give a try with another power bank. I use MI 10000 mah.
@@IrfanMukadam. Thank you for your response. As you know an 18watt power bank will provide 9v 2amps or 8.4v will make the current 2.14amps. I won't be able to pull 2.5amps at either of those voltages as watt=voltXcurrent. I have used multimeter for higher accuracy, Also my step converter is one with voltage display. Can you give the link of step up converter you used. I am also an electronic nerd and have been working with soldering and all the stuff so won't be a problem understanding your explanation. Thank you.

Official battery gives 7.2v.. it converts 6v to 9v.. will there by any problem?
Hi Nikhilesh.. I am using it for more than a year now.. Never faced any issue with with the power supply. For indoors i use the adaptor and for outdoor the stepup converter with power bank. Thanks for watching my video.

Sir, new in photography.You said it converts 5 volt powerbank power to 9 volt.But Nikon d5600 battery operates on 7.2 volt.I don't understand.
7.2/9v is the required voltage in Nikon D5600. Its mentioned at the bottom of the camera.

Bro. I too have d5600, dummy battery. 5v DC to 9 volt step up also made. But, when it was connected to Mi. 10000 power bank, it is not working. I doubt, the amphere coming out from the power bank may be insufficient. Pls comment on this. Thanks🙏🏻
Hi Ramesh.. I know this happens. After a lot of research and testing this worked for me. What i did is I kept the voltage at the lowest where the camera functions without any issue (this includes using the built in flash as well) mine worked at 7.6v. the benefit of this was i got the maximum amp from the power bank when the voltage was decreased. Give it a try. It should work. However the best thing would be to use the latest 20000 mah power bank that has high apm output so that you can set the voltage at 8.4 without losing the amp. Hi Rupesh.. I had bought it from AliExpress. But this website has been banned now in India. If you get it from any other eCommerce website they might charge you 3 to 5 times of its actual price. If you have any friends or relatives abroad, you can ask them to order it for you and once they receive they can send it to you by courier.
