The problem is not with the fuse, the fuse is fine, it's your battery that is tripping the fuse constantly, just replace the battery. By shorting the fuse, you're battery is not longer being protected and it will cause your battery to swell instead in the future.
Dude the problem is with the fuse not the battery. You have to make it have connected to the battery. I reckon these cheap phone get wear down ober the years hence this problem.
