    Just think that the grocery store charges you up to 5.79 to do this. My local grocery store had bone in chicken breast for 89 cents a pound. If you are watching your budget this is a game changer! Excellent video.

    Thanks for this, and I enjoy your enthusiasm so much! Around me, I only get negativity and discouragement when I do stuff by hand, but I know deep down how important this is to understand. This video definitely answered my question of de-boning my chicken breasts. I'm working on butchering chickens myself so I'm going to the very beginning of the process. And wow, do I have a new respect for the inners of our bodies and all animals! Hope to have my own chickens at some point.

I bought it used from a butcher shop who sells them once the blades become too small due to repeated sharpening. Please check out my other videos and subscribe if you like them!! I can buy boneless skinless chicken breasts anywhere,. What I wanted was a video on how to de-bone a chicken breast with the skin remaining intact. I wish they would make headings of their videos more clear.

    • @PetesEatsCooking
      @PetesEatsCooking  8 місяців тому

      Hello! Not often that boneless skin-on is called for, but just follow the same process without taking the skin off first. You will need to take it slow and with care as sometimes the skin is barely attached in the first place. Good luck! Peter

    • @PetesEatsCooking
      @PetesEatsCooking  Рік тому +1

      Hello. Just follow the same procedure without removing the skin first. Problem you may encounter is that sometimes the skin is not bound very tightly to the meat and may come off anyway but worth giving a try. Why did you want to leave the skin on? Hope this helps. Peter
