- Brian Marcott of Hebert's Specialty Meats demonstrates how to debone a whole chicken. The company, which just opened a new location in Addison, will sell thousands of their deboned stuffed chickens during the holiday season. Their chicken with stuffed broccoli and cheese is the most popular.
The best part of this is how he completely avoids describing what he is doing while deboning the chicken.
IKR....and somebody should've explained the assignment to the cameraman.
Right. This video sucks
I dont know what you are Smoking but give me some of that. He explained every step that was not obviously visible. If you are a slow learner, watch the Video a couple Times more or maybe try watching it at half speed.
@@mixerD1- ah, came here for your comment. riiighhhttt lol
I heard a voice crack at 1:23. Best part for me
You can always tell when someone’s good at something, they make it look easy. I watched a little old lady do this in a market in Manila. She used a bloody big cleaver. Watched her for about a half hour….amazing.
i’m a culinary student and i have a practical test next week and apparently i need to debone a whole chicken and this video really comes in handy so thankyou!
This is so awesome you’re a pro, took me about 45 mins to try to do this
My guys has deboned skills are unmatched.
Woooooah, best deboning I've till now 👍👍👍🤙
Easy when you got a lightsaber...
„Go slow“
Proceeds to go at nearly warp speed.
Thats a great skill to have, you never know when you gonna need it
If you buy a whole chicken every week (very frugal!) you will get pretty good at it
Bro really said "get good"
This is such a soothing video
Literally took me forever 😂😂😂
So fluid with that knife... Reminded me of a violinist with that motion deboning the legs 😏
Best example to date!
You my friend, are a master 👏👏👏
Great demo. I think starting on the back is the way to go. I've seen so many 'chefs' starting on the breasts then back ends up in the middle and it's all torn up and the whole fillet won't hold together
thank you for that one, i will make good use of it!
Okay, but how do you rebone it?
You just take this video and reverse it
Cant do that anymore, too many complaints from the health department.
That's against community standards!
Thanks , I've been wanting to see this method..so many videos cut up chicken in parts , then debone each part..
that's a master at work right there - great video!
Great video, just wish there was more up close of the technique, than wide shots of the presenter. thanks for tips, I’ll be giving this a try for sure.
Watch this slowed down 3x. I like to eat chicken, it taste really nize.
Thank you for sharing.
Wow! awesome job
Dude is a surgeon with that knife.
That's a great talent. 🐤
Better if the camera shoud be steadly a near shot only til finish..pls
The guy is a genious, the cammeraman, likes to make a wide frame so we can watch better..
I'd like to see a video of how to sharpen a knife so it works as well as this one.
Get two blunt knives and scrape their blades together at an angle. Do this outside so you done have razor thin metal shavings on your floor… or just buy new knives every odd month
I used to think having a sharp knife was all about sharpening, till my husband brought his Victorinox knife into our home. I never sharpen it , yet it craps all over the other knives which I sharpen almost every 2nd use.
His Victorinox cost $300 over 10 years ago though, but honestly it's worth every penny. This video has me thinking it's time for a paring knife from that brand
That knife tho. Wow.
Great tips video. But maybe next time, add some tips.
You make it look easy man! Nice job! What about the wings bones though?
you can use them for stock or make lollipops with
Thank you!)
You better don't annoy this guy, he'll debone your ah
Did he remove the wishbone first?
Very nice 👍
awesome thanks
The camera needs to stay zoomed in on what his hands are doing please.
I hate the camera man
Hello how can someone conduct you ,I do this job in Kenya very nice .I would like to share photos how we do it in kenya
nice
So basically i need to 100 or so chicken to practice on.... got it
You didn't even touched the wings
Thanks for explaining every step. Not
You dont need no gloves. We put it in a plastic bag so you know its safe 🤣
In Texas we dont need metal gloves. Unless were prying our dog off of your leg. ( says a Canadian.)
are you trying to kill it?
Cooooooooool
👍🇵🇹
He doesn’t explain hardly anything, such a useless video. Obviously it gets easier if you do a couple hundred, how does that help us?
Pepin's way is better.
No tips, thank you
Why are they constantly zooming out, so fuxkin annoying
There's a better way to do this
Make a video....
Wait, if you have the best technique then why are you here? 🙄
??? "... "you want to be careful not to tear the skin" . Duh all the while you are using a knife to CUT the skin. There a videos all over youtube showing how to truly debone a chiken without cutting the skin.
you have been doing that for a while, Your not done deboning you forgot some bones. or maybe you don't call the wings " bones " but I think most people would. when you say something and you don't what you say " You Lie "
Well, I'll be dog-chicken!
