So there’s an illegal pattern that appears during run Dynamis delta. The hands that fire lasers cannot appear in this specific pattern, this was a slip up during animation. For the strategies explained it does not matter, but for strategies that involve only using 4 people to bait all 6 lasers, this patten cannot actually happen, so don’t take this video as proof to invalidate those strats! The mechanic functions as explained though so nothing really changes on this end, please forgive!
One Thing worth mentioning: (33:56 Sigma Towers) The Orientation of the Towers is not completely random, it is actually relativ to the position of Omega-M from the BPOG Line Up. The new "True North" of the Tower Patterns will always be either on the spot were Omega-M was standing or on the opposite side. For Example Omega-M was standing on 1, so new True North for towers will either be 1 or 3. If he was standing on D, new True North can either be D or B. This might help, since a lot of people struggle to locate the new True North on Towers at first and knowing that it can only be one of two possible configurations relativ to Omega-M might make it much easier to find your own tower in time.
The Xenos reveal was so good. That transition is everything. You will get the clear through the blessing of the Wise Tree and the spirit of Baldicante! The entire guide itself was really good and well-made. It's a bit much for me at the moment but if I ever do attempt to do this fight, this will be my go-to guide. Excellent work!
Wanted to include a strat here for phase 2 that is colorblind friendly and a little bit more intuitive than just simply memorizing shape or color order: the order from north to south with which you stand is based upon the number of strokes it takes to create the shape. Ie. 1 stroke for a circle, 2 for X, 3 for triangle and 4 for square.
amazing job and grats on your clear I can tell as I have edited guides in the past the sheer amount of work you put into this you helped me get my first UWU clear and I hope to one day find a group for this one and will be using this for sure. Thank you so much again for all the hard work you put into this and thanks to the collaborators as well
The note on 34:30 about the pattern being in any orientation isnt entirely right. It's just details of a insanely good guide of course, so consider it nitpicking. The towers have only 2 orientations they can spawn in. Either they are facing the direction of where the male was during the spread mechanic, or they are flipped around to the other side. This will help with identifying which side is the new north. Edit: and at 37:31 I believe you guys at lpdu put the 2 on the cardinal, with the 3 lagging behind. Once again a nitpick, but I've had arguments about this. The example POV after shows how this is done. Edit 2: another notice for 43:00, I'm not sure how others in lpdu go about this, but I've always seen omega as true east. Regardless of this the 1 and 4 usually just swap positions based on eyeballing like we see in the POV example. The number 1 in the pov had the same idea as me though, I thought omega was new east since thats how we orientate in omega part 1 too. Checking again this seems like a mistake in the guide. i.imgur.com/BEr9xns.png Obviously it doesnt matter in the end where 1 and 4 is, but I just want to mention this knowing someone in lpdu will cause a wipe over this. Anyway, awesome guide nonetheless, absolutely amazing work and effort.
Amazing video and animations O.O! One extra tip i don't know if was mentioned in the video for those doing Sigma towers: The Far/Star Close/Smile relative north will always either be the original relative north where you lined up at the start of the mech OR directly opposite of it (old relative south). May help someone prog that mech faster :)
Really cool guide, I was curious to see some different strats for some of the mechanics. Only one comment, on P5 delta, the pair of arms rotating opposite to each other are always on opposite sides of the arena, so the pattern shown in the image is not possible, but for this strat there is no double bait so it does not matter xD. The edit an animations are really nice and the explanations easy to understand, definitely a huge help for everyone, amazing job!
I gotta say, the guide is good and really helpful but holy shit whoever decided the puddle drops in panto are done in a way to create this huge ass barrier in front of the whole party where everyone has to monkasteer is garbage. Making it standard strat in LPDU is the worst strat i've seen in ages. The outside puddle drops are not only safer and neater but also caster-friendly and involves less movement. Idk who decided on that but next time lpdu standardizes something i hope they'll choose the least cursed strats because their pf cult literally cannot adjust when they see a different puddle that isn't even in their way. Seen a lot of pf parties who cry about people doing an outside dodge even though it doesn't block them and just confuses their little monkey brain meanwhile they also die to their own barrier puddles LOL
Is the part at 45:06 wrong? The explanation makes it sound like each player gets to LB3, converting their own Quickening Dynamis stacks into Brilliant Dynamis and refilling LB3, and then later get to do so again, converting their own Brilliant Dynamis into Spark of Dynamis and refilling LB3. However, in the video clip after the explanation, it looks like only one tank gets to LB3, LB doesn't refill, and when Cosmo Memory hits the party, everybody's Quickening Dynamis stacks convert into Brilliant Dynamis and the bar fills to LB1 (and then later each person gets to LB3, convert Brilliant Dynamis to Spark of Dynamis, and refill LB3).
My static's working on this casually over the weekend until Dawntrail but I noticed something wasn't covered during the first part of Pantokrator. The guide is super awesome for sure, but I always thought the person running out had to go from their group through and to the other side to chase the flames. What wasn't mentioned was that apparently the Tank and Sage were both 3 in the same group, so the tank in TMRH has priority to swap groups. But then they do wait for 2 lasers and move up into the hitbox to take their missile out of the group and forward. I thought just the going through movement was automatic, not group-based so until I rewatched this a bit it confused me. Since the debuffs are pretty small and I was originally trying to learn from the movement, this confused me for a little bit of time while our group was slowly getting to this point. Once I looked it over again though, the movement makes sense now ;). A minor text note would have helped but I'm sure it is just one of many things in this fight that you learn by doing which is fine.
Not sure if this has been asked, but - are you working on making a TEA guide? The current guides for for LPDU are really hard to follow and aren't well made...
Something weird to note about Looper towers. My static NIN pointed it out. A tower will never be in the same place, and all tower positions will spawn by the end of Looper. There are 2 towers per cardinal so 8 towers total(8 players). So each tower will spawn once, but as we know its all random. The last 2 towers that spawn are the 2 remaining towers.
those unnecessary movements during exams are staggering xD when you can just dodge out in out in doing the same movement, he suggests dodging to the side mid way xD or when during exas in when you can dodge in wait, dodge out wait and dodge in, he suggests doing some twice more difficult and completely unnecessary movements. p6 guide gets B grade

Didn't expect Xeno to make a appearance XD
Incredible guide for a terrifying fight. Kudos for the hardwork (and that P6 transition, so well made). Hopefuly we can clear before FRU releases !
I'm not even an ultimate raider yet I'm just here for the soundtrack choices and wonderful editing
Ok and you delivered. Frontiers OST = Respect
This is the new diamond standard of guide making. This is gorgeous and masterfully executed. Fantastic work to those involved!
I can’t wait to see your TEA guide! Your UWU guide got my group to the clear! Thank you for what you do!

that xeno transition had no right to drop as hard as it did xD
BRO, this guide is so good! Thanks again for giving me a little sneak peak before this dropped!
Thank you very much for the guide! My TOP journey will start very soon, and this makes it much less daunting. Cheers!
Hope it gives you a swift clear!

Amazing guide! Truly one of the most helpful and intuitive guides I've ever seen
Came here for the guide, ended up with a new playlist, thanks for both :>
The hyyyype! Thank you so much for keeping on working on those, they're precious!
i don't do ultimates but these videos are edited and explained so well that they're super interesting
thanx for adding "jump" in the start of P3 (those without debuffs)^^
mfw 1 hour long TOP visual guide has been made before 5 minutes long TEA visual guide xDD Great job, jokes aside I'm gonna look about it!
The quality is insane as always. I am planning to do TOP after the 6.4 savage tier and this will help a lot. Thank you for making these guides.

the illustrated Near World bait in Sigma is seriously spooky; it's really easy in the moment to not consider your distance from first baiter

bro had to drop this the day I cleared dsr ;w;
That was insanely well-made! Congratulations to tessan and everyone else involved! (I also cant believe you got the uwu guy to do p6,insane!)
Sadly too late for me to make use of it but this will be such a good resource for future raiders!
wow I haven't heard from here in a long time. What a nice surprise and a great visual guide nonetheless!
Amazing guide with some extremely cute strummers. Thank you.
