Can you use the SanDisk iXpand V2 USB Flash Drive? This is to send and store files on the flash drive from iPhone XR. The V2 is like the one in the video but it is curved and goes under the the bottom of the phone.

I think you can put your finger and then drag your finger down on your screen diagonal and it will select a lot of photos but it’s still slow but faster than tapping.
