Total badass, and on top of it all a really fantastically nice guy. He shares his knowledge with enthusiasm. I've been to a couple of his clinics and he stays until every question is answered, every lick is replayed in slow motion and described.

Doug is amazing as usual. Drumming is good, but I feel a better vibe and flow with Chris C. Hes a little bit cleaner... and tasteful maybe ? Still J Simms is sick.

where are the horns coming from
hi, been watching lots of doug johns vids. i believe the horns come from a drum pad (not sure if thats how they call it) beside the hi hat or clapper in the drums. they can program it and can create different kinds of sounds depending on what fits the music. cool idea. love to hear those sounds.
