my cousin and my family live in Jamaica many have xbox, ipads, and everything we have. however lots live in the country which usain did his childhood consist of constant walking everywhere almost like someone in the city of new York.Also, you cant forget abour amazing jeans. Jamaican's, like kenyan's and Africans run so fast because of their method of qualifying/elimination. Elimination starts by having the runners would be chased by Lions or tigers. Those who are slow gets "eliminated" or should I say "terminated".

+benjimehh yeah pretty much. speed is something you are born with and you can maybe get faster by a lil bit but not much. if you run a 5.5 40 yard dash. no mater how hard you train you'll never get down to even a 4.6 40 time.
there are many points on why does he run fast
1-they run fast because the environment is highly rich (there is more greenery)..which means they can take fresh oxygen which goes to mitochondria to produce energy
2-they eat healthy food (high nutrition)
3-there are less distractions such as ipad,iphone,xbox etc...(which means they wont become fat by sitting almost whole day on it)
4-and the most important thing is that their national game is TRACK AND FEILD

Talent is an abstract thing, and it can't be touched or seen, you can only realize if someone is talented, by the manner he is running, jumping, or having sports inteligence. No one can say that black man have more talent, maybe a bit more genetic potential, but as you know - Hard work beats talent, then talent fails to work hard. All the best mate.

Success at the highest level requires both natural gifts and very hard work. Great genetics alone accomplishes little just as dedicated hard work without physical talent can take someone only so far.

wonder if the reason they are all fit & healthier & extremely good at sports really does have anything to do with the food they eat- we Americans are now fighting 2 be told what is in food we eat/buy. The gmo's,gluten,artificial ingredients,hormones preservatives, etc. When I saw the Black List or "Do not buy" list online of the brands that have gmo's, and other bad ingredients, etc. I was shocked-it was literally all my fav brands I buy- so no wonder Im tired/weak alot & depression is so high.
