Rabbgod ...imagine a world elite marathoner, or Ironman distance triathlete, or top pro road cyclist. These people are fueled by desire and adrenaline to exert energy expenditures well beyond their ability to do in training. Contrast those efforts with Usain Bolt running for nine seconds in a track meet, or Michael Phelps swimming 50 m freestyle in about 20 seconds. I love running, it never gets boring. Sprinting is like suicide but it is so addictive when you launch from the three point stance start. Thank you Usain for inspiring me to become the fasest I can be.
Oxygen molecules are complaining that they can't keep up with Bolt 😂

Top performers truly work harder than the rest. I love how most will simply say he has great genetics, maybe so. But if we ALL could push ourselves like him(or other pros), we would see massive fitness gains in our lives.
Thanks man that's encouraging.
"Fastest man" now that's a title you can be proud of.
