Benz with a Voltage Drop issue causing no radio sound

- No Sound From The Radio...MBs have a bunch of problems that can kill modules due to water leaks and most of all VD (Voltage Drops). Check it out and listen for the music.

I have a 2012 CLS550. All I did was change out the fuse to the front lighter that was not working at the time. Changing the blown fuse fixed the lighter but unbeknownst to me I didn't realize I had lost all audio sound. I did not realize this until the following morning when I when I got up to go to work and realized the sound was inop. I double checked the CD, radio and BT to my phone and they are working as expected, just no sound. Ho
w does a lighter fuse create this much of a problem?
Can you explain how you fixed it
I have a 2013 C300 and my drains were clogged. Radio on but no sound. I totally feel its water related. Is whst youre showing under the carpeting?

Same probem happened to me today
U left the car for 3 days on a detainling center to clean the interior
And when I received the car ive noticed that the screen isn't working and the radio is on
Did u find the solution?
@@Riad-Y My screen worked and regular FM was showing it worked but no sound. Satellite radio would not work it wouldn't even come on. Navigation worked .

More than 100 yrs making cars and still learning to make them watertight
Right :) all German vehicles have an issue...all the drains must be cleaned at every service or water will leak inside the vehicle. @@TSTseminars Besides the sunroof drains how many others are there? I was told by MB dealer that is it.... MB dealer wanted to charge me $7000 that's ''thousand'' dollars to replace the stereo. I did what you did here and Bam it's fixed. I did run a weedeater string down my Sunroof drain's very easily and then poured some windshield washer fluid down them to rinse them out. Don't blow compressed air down them.
@@jonjones6749 Sounds like you did the right thing. There are the roof drains and the drains for the windshield. You are correct do not blow compressed at high pressure through the lines for they will be destroyed. Thanks for watching.
