Mercedes 2008-2014 C class No Crank No Start. You do have AC on lights. Not the ESL, maybe the ECM.

If you have dash lights when you turn the key to position 2. That is two clicks to the right. You have drive authorization. That means you are already passed the ESL, EIS, and key. They are all working. Now it's time to look at what happens after drive authorization.
It's very common to have a bad ECM that is not sending a ground signal to the starter relay. This video show you how to diagnose a bad ECM that is not sending a ground signal to your starter relay.

I am a mechanic and I found this problem on a 2013 Mercedes C250, a real problem, I searched hundreds of videos on UA-cam and I couldn't find the solution, the only video that is worth it is the one you published, if I could rate you I would give you a 100 🙏

Man on the damn ground I have a 3v that is showing up…. I’m able to actuate the starter manually but the ecm won’t ground it out…. Where is the ecm located on this junk

I changed my key fob batteries and now my car is not starting at all no dash lights at all no central locking too any idea ? remote fob is fine and main battery is 12.4 that's fine too

How do you know the key fob is fine?
If it won’t start the car.
You said “no central locking”. I assume you mean the fob does not lock or unlock your doors.
If this is true, then the key fob has to be on your list of suspects. Along with the EIS, and the fuses that power the EIS.
