I love how she was looking at a picture of him played by Nicholas Bechtel back when he was in "Lila's Kids". It's a sentimental touch that strums your heartstrings like a harp playing sweetly in C Minor. Yes, I am still The Phantom, even though Spencer is currently dead.👻
Besides Esme, Laura is 10000000% to blame for Esme's crimes. This is entirely her fault. And, since his conception, there has no one less concerned about Ace's safety than Laura. Spencer would still be alive and Trina's life wouldn't currently be in shambles if: 1. Laura and Kevin had actually put in ANY effort whatsoever to raising Ace themselves this last year and not shirked every ounce of responsibility to a traumatized and betrayed 21-year old man. 2. Laura had encouraged Amnesme to get out of her apartment and MEET ppl/create a life for herself outside of Ace (and Spencer). 3. NOT ABUSED HER POLITICAL POWER TO INTERFER IN ESME'S COURT CASE TWO WEEKS AGO 4. Used her two braincells to remember Heather Webber JUST telling her that Spencer and Trina were at the very top of Esme's list of priorities not even eight hours prior. 5. Saw the reality of who Esme is instead of acting like this girl was the first evil person in the history of civilization to ever birth a child.
She needs to take responsibility instead of blaming Spencer, and stop trying to absolve that witch that stabbed her grandson in the back with a syringe. The fact that she spoke of loss, as she named off Nicholas, Ace, and Spencer; should be eye opening as to who the poisonous root always was; Esme Prince. P.S. Cyrus has Spencer. Go back and watch the episode of when the two were in prison together. Pay attention to what he talked about. And, although this was a running joke back in 2022 regarding the doves, and Uncle Cyrus, it was brought up again. Are the doves bugged???🤔
OMG, I should have known you would nail this post. Genie is performing but the writing for Laura has me unapologetic, unsympathetic, and downright lmao at how she's subverting the reality that Estench brought it to the fore, but the enabling commiserates with her. She refused to listen to anyone, not just Spencer, but Heather. She is convinced that she knows Estench but she got to know the version of her she projected. Laura never once uttered the words "Trina and Spencer" are at the top of the hit list. My goodness. I guess we are supposed to see Laura as a victim of the narcissist. I don't want to rush the grief for Trina, she deserves to have her POV. She loved this man, in spirit he is her soulmate/twin flame. But I need to get to the other side of this sham memorial for these people who couldn't bother to be present at Spencer's bon voyage.
@@creating1_c1999 Aww, thank you 🙏🏾 The same goes for you as well. 💯 Is it just me, or was Laura fishing for absolution for her role in this? It's bugging me. She did the same thing with Esme at the courthouse; “Surely, you must be angry with me. I'm the one who convinced you to turn yourself in.” The look of desperation on Laura's face, was pathetic as she awaited her fate.🙄 Meanwhile there's Esme trying to reign in her rage at Laura. And let's not get started on that farce of a conversation between her and Portia.🙄 Anywho, I agree with you, everyone looking to turn up for Spencer's memorial can take a flying leap. What a joke. Where were they? I stand firm in wanting him and Trina to carve out their own life away from everyone else. Just toxic, and worthless. When all else fails, even in "death" let's blame Spencer. And yes, I hope they allow Trina to express her grief, and not sweep it under the rug; because we know how they get down when it comes to storylines such these involving, melanated women. 💯
Laura needs to sit with this and stew. I know nothing will change with her, she's going to die on this hill. Laura is the original tragic heroine. What I wished but didn't happen, but clearly was in the headspace of the writers but they tossed it, was for Laura to be the hostage. They were heading there, as they did with Rory being the Hook, but pivoted. You can tell that Laura was foremost in their minds because Estench blamed Laura, was angry with her for turning herself in for the B+E, and subverted her as an ineffective source for accessing Nik...yet goes all the way to Paris for the road to lead back to Laura's "resources" for finding Nik. I would like for Trina to drag those mfs but I'm managing my expectations because Caca + Dung wrote it. I do need Patrick to give Spencer a return for the ages. Trina's angst needs to be the death of her soulmate/twin flame and not some bumbled return that is focused on Spencer. I love Spencer, but her grief needs to be about her. @@blackbutterfly3364
@@creating1_c1999 All of this. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾💯 I really want them to do Trina's grief justice. The excuse making for Esme is an insult. Because at the end of the day, Esme losing her memory still left her with all of her other parts. I wonder how long would it have taken for Esme to revert to her old self given that we saw signs of the old Esme peeking through, coupled also with her growing obsession with Spencer? I really need her to read them for filth, she faints, and later on finds out she's pregnant. This would tie back into her Convo with Curtis prior to her trip to NYC with Spencer. Curtis asked, that given Spencer's responsibility to Ace, was she ready to deal with a child? I felt that conversation was a red flag of what's to come. Her losing Spencer, and taking the semester off, won't be the only two things throwing a curve ball her way; pregnancy might also be a factor. If this is true, the fallout from this will be something to see. Because we all know Portia will likely lose her sh*t.
Hey Everyone: Laura is still blaming Spencer and still trying to give reason for Esme's actions. It made me sick to watch. Laura should be held accountable for her actions as well. If she had not interfered with Ava's court case at least Esma would have been contained for awhile. She covered up for her other grandchild Charlotte's behavior as well. Where was her scene of civic duty then. . But she tried to ease her conscience by offering the police commission position to Anna without really taking responsibility for her actions. She blamed it on Valentin. She has always sided with Nicholas. She spent all summer looking for him while telling Spencer to get along with Esme while she was gone. Laura in my opinion showed no compassion or grace for her grandson Spencer even in death.
I hope they aren’t pulling a Jason. Remember he lost his memory or was reprogrammed by Helena or something. All of a sudden he forgot about Keisha and ended up with Sam. then Keisha was slowly written if the show.
