While Sonny has been a good friend to Laura and her family, she realizes that Sonny isn't the man she thought he was. He also conveniently failed to mention that he sent his lapdog Dex to kill her brother while he was in the hospital. He should have come clean with that right then when she wanted to be truthful. I don't think that their friendship is over as of yet, but it won't take much to end it at this point.
